Dear friend bkcnbr Please don't bother CIO for this........ I honestly don't understand your query. You have already sent your application. The 2 members whose applications were returned because of BC, was in the month of August. At that time CIO didn't have a clear guidance (from N/Delhi VO) about other documents being accepted as DoB certificate /proof. Now they are aware of this. They have even published this in one of their instruction / information manual!!! ....... provided you have sent the alternate documents, with explanation. If you have done so... don't worry, it won't get rejected at least on this ground. Hope I could ease your tension / worry....   ..... Cheers, Anil Daer Anil Tahnks for your prompt reply... Dear Anil my query is that
As I have not sent the explanation for non submission of Brith certifcate (or explanation on submission of 10th class certificate as DOB proof)with my application
should I send an expalnation now? is it going to work...
Please tell me more on the instruction manual published by CIO or Vo about the DOB certificte if you know

Now you can't do anything......... except waiting for the result!!! About this manual...... one of our helpful members have posted the link.
