congrats who got their aor or per....but i am worried about my application....please anyone clear my situation.i think i am already in spreadsheet...
but i will give my details again

noc               cook
visa office      sydney, australia
file received    10th august 2010
payment         bd (dont know cashed or not)
pcc                not yet send

Hi Robin,

Yes I already added you to the spreadsheet. I understand your anxiety, but until CIC emails you with an eligibility decision there isn't a great deal you can do. Anyone who has queried their case with CIC has simply been told that their case is under review and they have to wait.

Hopefully you will hear something next week.

Best wishes,
Wayne.

Cheers, Anil

Hi - as explained on Thursday I am 400 miles away from my home visiting my wife's relatives before Christmas. I have my laptop with me and my wife's mum has wireless internet, so I do have internet access over the weekend, but only where I can grab a few minutes in between visiting people! Smiley

I will be back full swing again on Monday.

i send them email i got the reply

file number B*********
your file is received by our office..your submission is under review and contact you on due course.

DA

In all probability your review has already been done, but seems they are unwilling to "spill the beans" until they are ready to send the actual email. So unfortunately nothing for it but to wait it out Sad

I am really sorry to hear this Iafaneh. IMO you have a couple of choices, none of which are ideal:

1) Wait for your application to come back, then resubmit it "as is" with a letter explaining exactly how you feel your work experience matches their NOC description, line by line with each line that is relevant, and ask to be reconsidered from the date your application was originally received. If you are able to get additional supporting documents before then, then I would also include those.

2) Prepare to resubmit a fresh application on 1st July 2011. There is of course no guarantee that 1122 will still be on the list by then, although the previous 38 list was active for about 2.5 years so there is a strong chance the list will remain unchanged in July

3) Try to see if any of your work experience in the past 10 years will qualify under a different NOC code and submit a new application.

Personally I think it is worth trying 1) above since it is only the cost of 1 courier package, and even if they say no the application should get returned in time to keep the relevant documents to apply again next year. Once they have made their decision I personally doubt they will reconsider for anything less than an error on their part, but it is certainly worth a try!

Ok well at least we now know that post-encashment rejections will be dealt with by email so we won't have to wait 3+ months for the application to be returned to get a decision.

Whilst I am here, we have the following users who have reported that their case was declined, but we don't have any record of the reason:

moksh2k7
Apsa4ever
GPS
Badshah bhai
U B
meialua
nzds05
berry
ajaygoyal6
moabbasi
chata10

If the above members are still active on the forum can you please let us know why your case was declined, and was this before or after encashment?

Wayne.

Wayne, i think he can send an email to them (as canadajimmy did) asking what is wrong in his submitted experience certificates & mentioning his readiness to issue new experience certificates according to their requirements.

We need to know from Iafaneh what did he submit so we can realize what was wrong

I think the difference in cases here is that with CanadaJimmy it was 100% CIO's mistake. I think Iafaneh's case seems like the documents he provided were not sufficient to convince them of his work experience. It would be helpful if he could tell us exactly what he did and/or did not provide so we can assess it, and an email to CIO is certainly worth a try (he'll have to wait at least a couple of weeks anyway for the application to come back in order to mount a postal request).

Roman

Hi Roman, your details are on the spreadsheet, but for the sake of completeness could we please ask, which method of payment did you use (CC/BD) and when was it charged/cashed if you know?

Wayne,
As much as i remember when he sent a query to the CIO, they replied him with a generic reply without the file number. Can we consider that as an indication that he was going to be rejected ?

I would like to thank you guy for your kind words... I believe in god Smiley so I am always happy.

What I send is the experience letter and it contains a full job responsibility which I pretty sure related to 1122 NOC, but I missed to mentions to my salary Smiley may be they thought I worked for them for free which is stupid thought because no body work for free....

Any way I will send a reconsideration message for them telling them about this thing and I will wait their response!!!

I will inform you guys with their reply Wink

Thanks,

Well CanadaJimmy had a B****** file number on his rejection email, so I don't think file number is actually an indication of acceptance or rejection. May be an indication that the review is complete perhaps.

Ask if they can give you the exact reasons for rejection. AFAIK salary proof is a very important part of the proof of employment documentation. If the employer doesn't provide this on their reference letter then you should provide payslips etc. It that is the only reason for rejection ask if you can send in further proof or salary slips etc.

Best of luck.

HI,
As I had sent my new application on 2nd October,2010 to CIO,Sydney.I wasn't able to send my sealed envelope transcripts of KU,becoz I am abroad.Neither I attested my educational documents from HEC,Islamabad, but they are just notarized and verifed from KU.so what do you think?
if my file would reach London VO,then would they ask for my sealed envelope transcripts of KU and attested educational documents from HEC,Islamabad?or it'll be ok.otherwise then I have to get university sealed transcripts and verified documents from HEC for 2nd phase?
Pls. clear me....................
Is KU giving university sealed transcripts to the applicants?pls. tell me in your experience..................
