This is what I got from CIO :

============================================

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada as a Federal Skilled Worker.  I have now completed the assessment of your application and have determined that you are not eligible for processing in this category for the following reason(s):

The Minister of Citizenship and Immigration issued Instructions which were published in the Canada Gazette on June 26, 2010.  Only applicants who meet the criteria specified in these Ministerial Instructions are eligible to be processed in the Federal Skilled Worker class.

You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC (National Occupational Classification) code: 1122 – PROFESSIONAL OCCUPATIONS IN BUSINESS SERVICES TO MANAGEMENT.  Although this NOC code corresponds to the occupations specified in the Instructions identified by the Minister, you have not provided sufficient evidence that you have a minimum of one year of continuous full-time, or equivalent part-time, paid work experience in the occupation in the last ten years.

=======================

I dont know if i can do something now? Or I have to accept their decision?

thanks,
iafaneh
Thats very sad. I think thats why when you inquired about your status couple of days ago, CIC did not mention any client ID or file number. I don't know what you can do now but try to apply under new category. Best of luck.

Very sorry to hear that. Please let us know what documents you provided for employment verification as it may help others. Unfortunately as 1122 is filled i guess there is nothing much you can do.  Sad

I'm so sorry to hear that iafaneh, but since the NOC is closed, I don't think there is much you can do to change the situation.

Hi iafaneh.  So sorry to hear of this.  From the reading of the above, my guess is that either the description provided of your job scope does not match the scope detailed for NOC 1122, or that you have not provided sufficient documents to support you undertaking such a role.  I see from an earlier post - http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/-t45054.0.html;msg322811#msg322811 - that you were about to submit an application under NOC 0213 (Computer and Information Systems Manager) when the June 26 Ministerial Instruction was released.  Was it possible that your application was tilted more towards NOC 0213?  If yes, you may not have much option in this.  Best wishes.

Dear Iafaneh,

I truly do feel for you and I hope that you can reapply under another NOC or apply again next year. This is one of the worst nightmares of any of the forum members coming true. It would be greatly appreciated though, if you could let us know what kinds of experience letters you had submitted and how many years of experience you were claiming from them. It could help out other forum members. I wish you all the best for the future and if this is something you really want then do NOT give up, no matter what! May God bless you with whatever is best for you.

Hi all

Iam new to this forum...

FSW applicant after 26th June 2010.
NOC 4152
VO New Delhi
Sent the complete application of 27th Novemebr 2010. Rceived at CIC: 09/12/2010

Myself and my spouse does not have birth certificate. I had sent an email to the immigration section/Canadian High Commision Newdelhi asking whether 10th class certificate be enough as a DOB proof. I got the reply (from re-delhi-im-enquiry  @  international.gc.ca) that 10th school certificate and passport be suffcient as a proof of Birth. Then I applied with the 10th class certificate as  my prrof of birth

But I have seen applications rejected due to no birth ceritifcate (in the spread sheet given in the forum).

What should I expect as far as the status of my application. Please advise me.... Thanks all

dear bkcnbr

I have similar situation - don't worrry I applied without DoB certificates in Sep-22--let's see what happen
and I also inquired same to Delhi high commission but I am waiting for repply.

hI BEAANDANDREI!

we filed about the same time Smiley did you use any consultant? we did and hired EVP Consultancy. Up to now we havent got any feedback about application. my credit card was charged sept 30 and no update up to now whatsoever. how about you? been browsing for some updates about appplications sent after June 26 and i cant seem to find any...

Hi urbinajanice..... you're in the right place (forum)  Wink ..... you can learn a lot from here coz everybody has been very generous in sharing their thoughts...... good for you when you learned that your credit card has been charged, for me, I called BPI last week and told me that my DD was still outstanding, on the other hand, CIC emailed me that my application is currently waiting for processing and that my application number is E000000***...... I did not hire a consultant coz everything is already at CICs website..... I did everything on my own but I paid the price coz my application was returned twice due to some "stupid" mistakes on my part....... anyway, welcome to the forum..... inform the administrator of your details so that you will be included in the spreadsheet..... btw, exactly from where are you in the Phils?.... Im from Iloilo.....  Wink Grin
