i send my application on 3rd aug from Gwalior India. it reach their by 8th aug. and was received by some miller of citizen and immigration NS. yesterday i called call center. after waiting of 12 min. the call center agent took my detail, she was enable to locate my application. it is under noc 1122. total time lost was 37 mins. she said she is not getting any information on this application as system has not been refreshed with information. she said she have mailed the query. as per term within 30 days they will get the information.
this is really surprising. please tell me what does this means.
i have also mailed but did not get any information.
please suggest what i should do.

I am really sorry for whatever is happening with you ..... and moreover you are not getting a clue of it!!!
But you yourself have informed that you did receive a reply from them ..... stating that your application has been returned on 23rd August (application yet to receive)!!!
Now the only thing that you can do is to wait for the returned application. Because 1122 is full... either you have to consider some other NOC OR have to wait for next year (in case you are lucky ... & CIO retains the NOC list). Sending e-mails to CIO, for the same reason won't help anyone ..... except wastage of time/ money & frustration. Be calm ..... and wait for the application. Thank you.

I have got nothing to do except waiting for PER .... ..... so thought of updating the list and syncing the same with ND list  
At present there are 188 (active /inactive /outstanding) + 15 (returned) members in the Int. tracker. Few members should not be in the -ve lists ..... and there are almost 12-15 members in ND list who are not there in Intl./ tracker. So adding and updating all these ....... I am sure it will increase OUR strength.

I have also requested the PER gang to update with their en-cashment date (as shown in PER) ....... THANK YOU

In the PER, there are two kinds of payment methods, on is if you paid by Bank Draft, then the PER will show you the en-cashment date. However, if you pay by credit card by using the Fee Payment form IMM5620, then only will indicate from which card you were charged. So for those who used credit card as payment, the charging date is the the en-cashment day.


The following is something I copied from my PER

This correspondence also acknowledges receipt of your payment dated       in the amount of       Canadian dollars.  Your Payment Receipt No. is       .  Please keep a copy of this letter for your records and quote this number on all correspondence relating to application fees or refunds.


X         This correspondence also acknowledges receipt of your Fee Payment Form IMM 5620 authorizing CIC to take payment of processing fees using the credit card details provided. Please be informed that we processed a payment of 550.00 Canadian dollars on this credit card (ending in 8082). Your receipt number is XXXXXXXXXXX. Please keep a copy of this letter for your records and quote this number on all correspondence relating to application fees or refunds.

By the way, I think I will get another PCC from China within few days, since I am afraid that CIC may consider my Chinese one is a little bit old. It had almost past 90 days before I sent my application form  to CIC...
