BhaktiUjjwal how long does it take after in process to medical request? I think now VO are free with work and working fast for MI2... What do you think...?
I am not much aware of the current trend but from how it generally goes... should be within 15 days to 3 months! no-one can estimate  |

If you and others have been RBVO since April 2011... then of course send a CSE right away!!! Don't wait! CSEs don't harm... and if you wanna live with hope for 2-4 weeks more, no harm with that either! But if I was you and hadn't sent a CSE in a long while, I would send one |

In Process means?i think visa officer started to verify our jobs,education nd so on things.am I correct or wrong?if correct I think so I have to wait again 15 months for MR!!Bcoz after 15 months I got status In Process.

IMO payslips should be absolutely fine accompanied by an explanation on why you would not have a bank statement! If you are paid cash, it's simply obvious you won't have statements!!! |

Hi All,
Can someone please guide me with the right information -:
By the grace of GOD my family has received Canada PR Visa on the passports. My wife is the principal applicant and we are planning to leave to Canada without my son who is only 8 months old and is just not able to sit in long international flights based on past experiences.
Will me and my wife get pr cards after we landed (45-60 days in Canada) or will CIC start processing pr cards only after all the applicants land based on the application.
I am planning to go back to INDIA and then get my son after 6 months like 10 days before visa expiry into Canada. Will this be a problem ?
Appreciate any replies to my post,

I agree with what others had to opine... a child of 8 months is too small to go through a separation from the mother! But well, it's absolutely your personal decision! In the case that you continue to decide the same, IMO you have nothing to worry until the child's landing date is well before the visa expiry date... PR card processing starts with the PA landing and the accompanied family members filling up the form... So you and your wife shall receive it in the specified processing time limit even if your child hasn't yet arrived... Just what I know! Good luck... |

They called my spouse for interview (Main applicant)
They have not checked any of our educational/funding documents...
Just few questions on current and previous employments...
Asked nothing about spouse and dependent child
Asked for PCC and for updates if any
Verified all our passports and returned the passports...

but here i find PVC and PCC
i went to passport office they told me to get PVC from police commissioner office

Your passport office cant refuse to issue PCC....if they dont have PVC then they should send it online to SSP office for police verification that usualy takes 5 to Max 21 days...rather u can quicken it with personal efforts..... Other option is to directly apply for PCC from SSP office casue that PCC is also acceptable by VO |

but tell me.. Did you try sending them the email I suggested (telling them about the GCMS notes, that your filed is so much delayed & you can ask if it is going to be transferred to another VO as you heard it happened to many others)?
Hi basmalahh: Yes, I sent them an email, as you suggested, last Wednesday... and no reply. My ecas info has disappeared also... and when I last looked in the mirror, I couldn't see myself either Oh my God! Hi! I'm on the same boat. I applied on Dec 24th 2010. Still no news about my file. I noticed that a lot of the files from Dec. 2010 have been transferred. Any news for Buffalo Dec. 2010 applicants?
