DM after 453 days of initial application received date. It is a voyage not meant for weakhearted. Three more stages to go. Passports to be received. Landing to be completed. PR card to be received. Miles to go before I sleep  . Actually I can breathe free now. Till yesterday, near future was not deceided. At least now I have a road to trek. My agent call me for 15000/- Rupees for that,
How can i ?
Can i go individually ? because my application was put up by my agent, and in past even i can't go for Cas specific inquiry also so can i go for GCMS my self ? and if yes How ?

Dear BAsmalahh
I tried going through my GCMS it says security medical not started...and eligibility passed....what does eligibility pass means...does it means they have accepted my work experience or will they check into it more...
i couldnt find anything else....and since march this year they have not updated my file.....
What is bring forward date and where can i find it on my GCMS...?....and what significance does this bring forward date hold...?....

Eligibility passed, IMO, means you have passed the basic eligibility for applying for PR i.e. your points based on age, education, experience, english etc... the employment check or others will be still to happen... Brought Forward Date or BFD is the date when VO will look at your file again... In the GCMS, under ADMISSIBILITY head, you will find a "DUE DATE" written... that will be the BFD... |

Please advice
I sent updated form to LVO according to their instructions after my child birth , with updated figure of settlemnt funds . LVO does not requied updated POF with updated forms requirement . Now the amount of settlement funds mentioned in updated forms is higher than the amount i mentioned in my bank statement sent with initial set of documents in July 2011.
What should i do , should i send updated bank statement to LVO or wait for their response ?
