Congrats Satya. I hope it does not take long for you from here.

I am still RBVO at BVO. No news at all. Sent them CSQ today, lets see what response do I get. As per CBC regarding BVO closure, probably I will hear somethinhg about file transfer. If I do, that will be good news, atleast someone will look at it. I had recieved my GCMS dated Apr 27, and it had 2 due dates, Apr 27, and May 7. Both the dates have gone by, still no news. The day, weeks, months have gone by, but nothing from BVO. It is so frustrating, and irritating. Such a situation that now I not sure when,a dn what will happen. It was supposed to eb simple process, but BVO made it so complex by not doing anything on the file.

Hi OMEE,

I ordered it as I am in Canada.

You can order online if you are Out of Canada by sending filled form to the email ID, and you can pay the fees online.

Hi

Sending filled form to the e-mail ID means CIC id  or websites providing CAIPS facilities? . if this is the case that i required to send email to cic , i heard that CAIPS are only issues those possess Canadian nationality or residence.

I am living outside canada in that case what is the best way to order CAIPS ?

Hi OMEE,

See this form - IMM5563E. This form has 2 pages. It will also guide you on how, and where to apply.

And, Yes, you can not apply GCMS/CAIPS notes from outside Canada. You will need someone in Canada apply for you, and he/she has to fill representative sectin as well. Or you can get help from agencies like caips.ca, lawpoint.ca, etc, just google it, and you will find few agencies who provide this service from $35 to $50.

Hi Surinder,

Congrats on your updates!!!

1) Can you please provide details of your VO, time lines etc like how others updated their profile so that it may be helpful for others too?
2) As far as I understand, next step should be MR. It depends on your VO about the timeline that you may receive MR. If  you can post your details in your profile, some one may guess on your timelines.

Thanks,
satya.

Thanks Shiv. I know how frustrating it is to wait on the same status for months and years together. But, I hope things will move on from there soon. Just have some patience and hope.. Every thing will be fine. As I see that there are still some more people ahead of you who is waiting to hear from BVO. Your turn is close by too. As far as I guess, BVO should be working on Jan-Feb-Mar 2011 applicants. So, Keep your patience levels high.

Good to see your GCMS notes. That gives a lot of boost on your file. because, Some positives are there in the notes.

1) File update happened on Feb 4th 2012.
2) Criminality check is going on,
3) Eligibility Assessment Over
4) Funds exempted

and few more. There are many others who doesnt have this kind of info too. So, Just have some more patience and your words will be heard.

Thanks,
satya.

I am an Arranged Employment candidate now living in Canada. Can you please provide me the following clarification?
Will I get the information you have got above if I select the option for Electronic File and Status of an Application in form IMM5563?
In that case, what will be my file number? The application number I have got from the Centralized Intake office starting with E?
In other words what selection should I make in the IMM5563 to get the detailed information you have got above

Thanks

Dear Friends

I have few documents in local language (Malayalam), which are supportive for employment. As  the document has to be converted to  English, who can do the conversion? Notary , Gazetted officer ... please advise

Edwin

Hello
The translation has to be done by certified translators.
There are agencies that get it done by certified translators and then they themselves get that document notarized. There are some international certifications these translators are supposed to have.
Now, they tend to be expensive, but they are single window service, quick and generally accepted by the immigration office.
You can find them on the net.

Hi all
As far as I see, among all Buffalo applicants, everyone has applied before Nov 2010, has received Medical request or has transfered to LA or NY,
and nothing has happened for applicants of Nov 2010 and after. Is this conclusion true?

I am a Dec 2010 applicant and my application is transferred to NY office on April 23rd. I know that few other applicants from Dec 2010 posted that their file was transferred too.
