Okay so I am freaking out. No word from Buffalo since I received my PER in February 2011. I'm on a post graduate work permit that expires this coming October and I don't know what my options are if my file is not finalized before then. I plan on submitting a CEC application end of June but still it would take at least 10 months to process. Postgraduate work permits are not renewable without an LMO. Would enrolling in a graduate certificate at some university and switching to study permit while waiting be an option? Please help  Cry  Sad Angry

Yes, I think that's your best bet for now, if you dont hear back from Buffalo.

Try sending a CSE or order GCMS to know your BFD and make your decisions accordingly.

Sent several CSEs and they all come back with the same generic response. Ordered another GCMS last month. Last one I ordered had a BFD of Feb 2012 (one year from PER). Nothing so far.

Dear Forum members
now i am going to apply for my younger brother in July 2012, i have some queries , i want help from my dear forum memebrs
1- for proof of funds can my brother  show the value  of his home, if he can show what he has to do for this.
2- is birth certificate necessary if his date of birth is mentioned on his id card, passport and metric certificate.
visa office is LONDON

Thanks Vari. The plan is to land in Calgary later on in the summer  - August/September. Calgary will be our new home God willing.
