Hi Jbaby,
You need to fill IMM5563, and the first page gives the address of the office where to send the application. I had called CIC to ask if there is any email id I could email the form to, they confirmed there is none. So, I sent the application through regular Canada Post mail.

Hi Shiv, That's such a wrong information you got from CIC.  The email Id is as follows: atip-aiprp @ cic.gc.ca Yes, you can email your request to the GCMS office. You are also allowed to send scanned documents to this ID. I am sure you already know that there is now a new payment system online and if you are living in Canada or have a friend or relative in Canada, then the payment is just $5. Check this link by Cocknbull for the latest. Just came back from Buffalo. Took my friend who applied under CEC last September (Yes, almost a year after I did) to do his landing. The whole process took 5 minutes and was pretty smooth. I see a lot of October and November 2010 applicants have already seen some movement on their files (transfer to other visa offices or MR requests). I am very happy for them but I cannot help feeling depressed and frustrated that I am yet to see any kind of movement on my file. Nothing. Still RBVO. Every time I send in an inquiry to Buffalo I get the same generic response, CAIPS notes come back empty.. I am preparing a CEC application. Let's hope that works.  |

I believe i was called for interview since i applied once before few years back but was not able to provide job papers then. Interview went good. Basically VO just verified step by step that i do have enough points.
