Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Sent an enquiry to Buffalo VO yesterday regarding my application status and received the reply today. Interesting thing I noticed is now they have a new file number S3XXXXXXX in subject line. I have seen something like BXXXXXXX before but this is something new. The actual reply is same old: Your application is in process. We are unable to provide a date when the processing of your application will be complete.

if i can ask you a question please. Today, my ecase is updated with 'med results received'. Which of the following do u feel this means?

- The immi officer has simply received our results and doesn't mean medical is OK
- CIC has checked our medical, it is OK but reslts of Backgrnd/sec checks is pending
- CIC feels both medicals and backgrnd results are OK and are about to ask for or passports.

Please, you will see that it is going to be 3 mnths since tghey received our medical results. Our rprf DD was encashed on 16th FEb but there was no update until this morning.

if the senior members can throw some light please, may God bless you all.

it means your medical is OK and your background result may or may not completed.
you can not correlate medical line and background check. but you will receive ppr soon

it means your medical is OK and your background result may or may not completed.
you can not correlate medical line and background check. but you will receive ppr soon

That can really have several meanings IMO.

But one meaning is certainly "when we make new regulations, we can apply them retrospectively to existing applications", meaning "we can fail existing applications whenever we change the rules, even if they were eligible at the time they applied".
