I think if you provide documents proving the company closed and your w2 or other income documents you should be ok. Write a cover letter explaining the situation and include all supporting documents.

BTW can you please share your time line?

As i told my company is closed and HR department too.Documents i can show are original W2,pay slips only will these good enough in place of wage and income statement along with tax transcripts.
I can show documents that company is closed officially.
I heard that some place that for wage and income transcripts can obtain by local Irs office i am planning to get those from my local office.
Have you seen this type of case before i mean without updated letter of references. What was their result please tell me know.i understand every case is unique.

Question, had you not sent pay stubs and bank statements previously with your application?

Imani, another applicant from Detroit VO, was asked for similar documents from Detroit recently. Seems the officers at Detroit are new at this and want to cover all bases, so your case is not unique.

Hello all...

Hopeless without any news from last year till now!!! ..the last time that we heard from Singapore visa office it was March last year and from that time we didn't heard anything. Still our status is "In progress"!!!

My question is in meantime I have moved to EUROPE I want to know if anyone can help me ho I can change my visa office ? Is there any procedure or I have to follow the "change in address" way and ask them to send my documents to the new visa office ?

I appreciate any help and suggestion during this dark time!

Hi Edidgit,

Unfortunately you cannot change your VO. It will remain SVO till the end of the process. The VO can only change under "Program Integrity" and that power lies only with the VO.

However, you will have to inform your VO about Change of address and if there has been any change in your professional scenario.
