New to this forum need some help.i got medical request from detroit.i am done with medical.
What if you can not provide updated letter of reference because to company is closed.i have proof like pay slips,w2,letter of references from other coworker,active professional licenses,tax transcripts.
How can i get wage and income statement? What is difference between tax transcripts and wage and income statement.
What are my possiblities of passport request if i can not send these doc.

Have you been asked to send UPDATED documents to your VO? If yes, then you will have to provide them or else VO may decide on the information available on the file and it may not be positive.

Tax transcripts are equivalent to your TAX filing papers and Wage and Income statement would be issued by your HR dept or a Pay stub showing all the details.

If your Company is closed then inform VO about it and provide any shred of paper that proves that you were a part of that Company.

   Complete Marriage Questionaire for yourself.  This must be received a t this office by 03/30/2012.
   Marriage photos for your self. Provide photo of weeding reception, ceremony and casual photos. This must be received at this office by: 03/30/2012.
   From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for you self and spouse. From India, UK, Philippines this much be received at this office by 03/30/2012.
   INDIAN MAILING ADDRESS. We do not mail passport outside INDIA/ NEPAL/ BHUTAN.

DO I NEED TO SEND PASSPORT OR DO I NEED TO WAIT FOR THEIR REQUEST

SOME OF MY FRIENDS SAY THAT I NEED TO SEND PASSPORT AS THEY GENERALLY REQUEST PASSPORT WITH LANDING FEES BUT AS YOU CAN SEE THE LETTER, THERE IS NO PASSPORT REQUEST.

I AM SO SCARED AND WORRIED WHETHER I SHOULD SEND PASSPORT WITH COVER LETTER  NOT OR WAIT FOR THEIR REQUEST???

I DECIDED TO TAKE ADVICE FROM ALL OF YOU BEFORE I TAKE ANY DECISION.

No, you dont have to send PPs yet. The request letter does not ask for them to be sent. If you carefully read the Instructions on the Request letter, you will find a paragraphs which clearly says "NOT TO SEND PASSPORTS UNTIL REQUESTED" and I can see the reason "why" in your case....they still want to confirm your Marriage details and require the updated PCCs from the different countries that you have lived in...which will require some time (not known how much time though) to confirm and validate.

The encashment of DD is a positive sign but needs confirmation on BC.

from police commissioners office at shaibaug, at reception as for window # for pcc...i forgot the window #
it will take a month
take 3-4 photos and ur passport xerox and ur residence proof

hope this helps

Have to go to second floor at PC office... A month, I think, is a little extended time... Could take about a week, if you follow up well... Also need to take along original PPs and marriage certificate, if applicable...

As i told my company is closed and HR department too.Documents i can show are original W2,pay slips only will these good enough in place of wage and income statement along with tax transcripts.
I can show documents that company is closed officially.
I heard that some place that for wage and income transcripts can obtain by local Irs office i am planning to get those from my local office.
Have you seen this type of case before i mean without updated letter of references. What was their result please tell me know.i understand every case is unique.
