Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, I know I have been quite passive but I thought I should share some news hopefully to encourage those who have been waiting for Buffalo to break the silence. Well the beast has finally woken up. I received my MR. However, attached is a list of documents that I need to send including educational transcripts, letters from my employers, proof of work authorization for all the years lived in U.S, bank statements, tax docs etc etc. It feels like I am applying afresh all over again. A bit concerned but hoping and praying that all will go well.
I also noted that the letter was sent from the Detroit office meaning that they transferred my file but never notified me. Hope this will uplift some spirits.
It's great to hear that something happened after soooooo long of a wait! Did you receive your MR and Document Request via regular mail or email? Mark |

Re: Buffalo Oct 2010 applicants Ok here are my responses to Jbaby, Mew2K10, NKKD Hortons and Bahar855 My timeline: Application for NOC 3152 received Oct 14 2010 at CIC NS, AOR Feb, 2011, File transferred from Buffalo to Detriot (not informed) ECAS RBVO , On April 2, 2012 received MR, RPRF and supporting documents requests via snail mail. My ECAS has not changed and according to the letter, I should not use the CIC e-Cas for on-line change of address, instead I should call Detroit office. Therefore, I don't think we should rely on the ECAS to get any updates. For now I am just trying to start gathering all the needed documents hoping to meet the deadline. A bit overwhelmed and apprehensive. However, I believe that if God opens a door nobody can shut it! Good luck to all.  |

8 months since my medical done still waiting for PPR1. They never contact me since last many months except in Sept 2011 they asked me for Latest Schedule A form to submit. However, i applied for caip notes/ Gcms let see what happen to my file.....
What does it mean that your file is awaiting for visa officer review? LVO is sleeping i guess

My time line is as follows -
Sent application on 20th Jan 2011.
We received your application for permanent residence on January 25, 2011.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 18, 2011.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 9, 2012.
PP sent on 18th for stamping.Medical results have been received. --25th Feb.
A decision has been made on your application.29th March
Received PP on 04-April
Thanks to Captain Qorax,Mitali,Indra Prabha and others for all the help.planing to do landing in July but seems tickect cost are on the higher side then.
