Congratulations Bindu, you saved the day. Atleast we have someone to greet today. Yup, I agree with Asaif that the rate of AOR's or PER's that is posted here will be atleast 1-2 per day with somedays that are zero. I know for a fact that some people who submitted their files in July and August have received their PER's and dont even know this website (coz  my consultant told me that their clients who filed around july and august are now receiving positive response)

I moved the records of returned applications to a separate work sheet.
I also marked some cases in BROWN to show that since they haven't updated their info for a while, they might not be following up with the rest of us any more. Therefore, to preserve the clarity, relevance and accuracy of the data in the tracking sheet, we might consider removing them if no update was received from them soon.
Hi
Pl. add me in the sheet. my details are

Hi Asaif,

A quick suggestion. Should we try a different color than brown? Although it is visible, i think we can make it look more visible and better. Also people who have received their AORs deserve to be highlighted Wink

May be we can highlight the row in green like what we did in the ND tracker for Post June applicants?

https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AoMNoUGlfn4mdE55Yml3cmxLd1hCR3RlQmIwenBkQ3c&hl=en&authkey=CNqatbgL#gid=0

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

That way we would be able to differentiate things easily Smiley Smiley
Good suggestions indira. I changed the font color from BROWN to RED, which is more visible, I believe. These records are likely to be hidden soon anyway.
Also, I used a BOLD font for people who receive their AOR, also to make things clearer. I reserve the GREEN color for those who receive the maple leaf on the PP Smiley
Regarding changing the BACKGROUND color, I just don't want it to be confused with the background colors used to differentiate the NOCs and the encashment status. In a later stage, when most people receive their AOR, the application status will become more important than the NOC, then we might think of a different coloring code for the sheet.
Anyway, let's wait for more inputs from the forumers regarding the same.
Thanks and regards,
Ahmed

Hi asaif, good work!

I think basically we just need to remind people (maybe put into someone's signature) that they will be removed from the spreadsheet after a period of inactivity. We need the spreadsheet to accurately reflect the % of AORs we're getting, and if people are getting AORs and not reporting it then it skews everything.

Actually I didn't know the status of BD encashment. Hence I sent mail to CIC and got positive response from CIC with file number. In short BD is encashed but i am not aware of encashment date. Thanks for updating.

Totally agree. I'm going to put a note in my signature for that. Let's wait for another week before start hiding/deleting inactive records.

Dear All,
Sorry i am new member (and i have a minor chance to be in processing "NOC 1122 after 3/11/2010") but i went through this forum posts a month ago, i believe we are forming a community in here but the most strange thing i noticed is that we have 2 spreadsheets!!!! can we stuck to a single one? this will give all of us the hope that we'll support each other when we land in Canada if we have the God's willing on that?
