Hi,
Can anyone provide the email address where I can send the IMM5563 (Access to Information Request)? I know I read it somewhere here on this thread to scan the form, receipt, and status document in the email, but I am unable to locate it.
I called CIC today, but she said, there is no email address to mail them.
Another question is, I am PA, do I need to include my wife's consent letter with this form?

Email id to contact CIC is listed on the website. Here is the email id. buffalo-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca I have no clue about the consent letter. I dont think it is required. Because, you are principal applicant. Thanks, satya. |
