Actually one of my friends from our CIIP course is originally from Africa (later moved to Norway) who got a job offer.
Canada getting agents to recruit from certain countries is NOT the same as saying that people from other countries don't get fair chances.
As I've said it's about communication and determination. The countries Canada may focus its active recruitment on is one arguement. But I believe most Canadian employers give immigrants from all countries (including Africa) a fair chance as long as their language skills are up to the task AND the prospective employee shows the right determination and enthusiasm.

No, dont think that way. You need to go to Canada with an aim, which is to get to the top....it wont be easy from the begining, but it is doable. Nowhere is rosy, not UK or other parts of Europe, Aus, New Zealand and certainly not Canada. You need to develop a though skin to get through the harsh realities after landing...How to do this, explore your field, the qualification needed, licensing procedures etc. Good luck!

There is a lot gross assumption akin on intellectual bankruptcy in your post one does not know even where to start. First off, knowing what you know and trusting what your wife and relatives tell you about these "hopeless immigrants", it is amazing you still heading to Canada.
How more myopic can you get? Aren't you just lucky the Canadian authority are not as jaundiced in their view as you have displayed here to have allowed you in? Going by your gross generalization, you are going to be just another one of those potential liabilities on the system right?
What comparative information have you to suggest that any one of the so called "back loggers" would do worse than your lucky "fast trackers"?
That coming from someone who hasn't even stepped their feet on Canadian soil is the peak of absurdity. Dude, stop getting ahead of yourself you haven't even got a job yet let alone paying a dime in tax. Get off the high house, will you! Do you know what prejudice is even if it hits you in the face? By your logic, how much do you think you should be making and within what time frame before the Canadian system considers you a liability?
The irony of this is that you might be right about some people not befitting of coming to Canada and since fact and introspection appears not to be your strongest point, can I suggest you pick up a mirror.
Not interested in pointless back and forth with you, just want to point out a few things should you are interested in some introspection.

Assuming, someone who applied in 2006 at age 25, he or she is not too old for the Canadian economy at the age of 31 in year 2012. Your assumption was based on the fact that those who applied in the pre 2008 were already 'old' when they applied and are even 'older' now!!!!
I think the broad generalisation of your statement is what he is trying to point out.

Hi friends,I got request for passports.my medicals were done on 18th feb.one of statements mentioned ead the passport should be valid at least 1 yr from the date of medicals, but PP is expiring on 06-feb-13 which is short of
1 yr by 12 days.Will it be an issue?I can renew my PP and sent.Will the new PP be an issue?
