I do have enough time for my research as I am planning to land in May, so just wanted to do my full proof research well in advance before doing my tickets  bookings .

LANded yesterday Toronto at 18.00 was very excited, went to immigration counter they stamped my visa & sent me to the new immigration officer, the lady was nice asked me about the funda I am carrying which I was carrying in the form of cash, traveller`s cheque & scotia bank A/c statement, she told us that we will receive our PR in two weeks time...

Today I went to apply for the SIN number which was at Towncentre Scarborough & to activate my A/C with the Scotia Bank which was at Steeles Avenue, so two of the work completed ... »Got my SIN number & A/C debit card (credit card would reach my address in few days time)...

Started snowing also...

Yeah most important ..

I travelled though British Airways:-

1) Don`t buy liquor from Delhi Duty free I bought two Chivas Regal which was taken at London Airport by the security at heathrow because there were two options either to get it into the checkin bags which is a big problem due to time constraint because if you have 3 hour even that is less sometimes because of rush during security checks & above all the airport is so big that you have to travel though transit train which takes lot of time...

2) if you are food savy BA is not the right option tooo bad
flight got 3.5 hours delayed also because there was some technical problem with dumping waste of the washroom...

That`s what I went through a mixed experience.. not a gr8 experience with BA, served food very late give breakfast at around 8:15 in the morning & the next meal at 16:15...

But landing here was a truly a different feeling all together...

MR: 7 FEB

Medical Done: 12 FEb

PP Sent again n Received by NDVO: 21 Feb

Don't worry mate, my status is same from 8th Dec In process with processing date which is 8th as well.

Still waiting for medicals.

No one will be able to predict the timeline of Medical as you can see some have got it within 1day, 1 week a month.

The key is patience.

My case... Very pathetic. ... Still waiting for my spouse PCC and PP ..... Last date for sending the papers is today (actually its 26th but 26th is Sun so on 25th and 26th NDVO will not working....) so 24th should be the last date for me to submit all the papers....... I sent all the other papers along with my PP and PCC yesterday by BlueDart.... Still waiting to get any confirmation on delvry from them....

Praying, not sending my spouse PP within time frame should not cause in further delay in VISA stamping....

God bless !! Hoping to get PP back with VISA stamping by Mar end... (is it toooooooooo early ?? ) I hope not....

Hey Daash,

Going by my experience, on the contrary, I think sending a CSE would speed up the process.  Having said that it is important to send a CSE only when u hv a genuine concern, an update or a nagging feeling that u hv missed out some detail/doc.  I found it the best way to communicate with ur VO.  I strongly feel the VOs go thru each CSE and act on them if required.   It is also true that nagging the VO with CSEs for no material concern may adversely affect the file.

I have informed them about it by writing them a seperate letter in the documents I send to them the day before yesterday.
Package reached them yesterday at 10:00 AM.
Today I recieved my wife PP along with PCC but bluedart shipment will only happen at night and that is they will deliver it tomorrow by 10:00 AM.
I think there will not be anyone present on saturday to recieve our courier at their office so it might reach there by monday morning..... what say??

If they can recieve it tomorrow then I will be submitting all the docs within time... else I will be late by 10 Hrs......
