mahek, LOL sending emails to Buffalo is the same as a SPAM box... It just never gets read.... No point on getting a canned reply (at least on my opinion) Rod Wuckie and Rod,
I was informed by my MP's office today not to expect anything from CAIPs notes since Buffalo no longer uses this system. The only way to stay up to date with your application for now is to contact Buffalo directly. Bummer, I know.

Thanks for remembering bro... My case... Very pathetic.  ... Still waiting for my spouse PCC and PP ..... Last date for sending the papers is today (actually its 26th but 26th is Sun so on 25th and 26th NDVO will not working....) so 24th should be the last date for me to submit all the papers.......  I sent all the other papers along with my PP and PCC yesterday by BlueDart.... Still waiting to get any confirmation on delvry from them.... Praying, not sending my spouse PP within time frame should not cause in further delay in VISA stamping.... God bless !! Hoping to get PP back with VISA stamping by Mar end... Yesterday I send the documents to NDVO via Blue Dart.... I called the Blue Dart Office just to check the status of my shipment... They said it is deleivered to CHC at new delhi but as this is the organisation address they dont give any signature over receipt.... Now, I would like to ask seniors that is it like these people put the parcel at P.O box and not give directly to the concern person??
How would we know whether parcel is reached to concern authority or not??

I was suggested not to write the PO Box no. in the address... In any case, bluedart can only tell you that it was received by a "STAMP"... when I asked them why so, they said that generally High Commissions do not sign by name of person who received, they just receive it by putting the organisational stamp... which is as good as "receiving" by a person... So rest assured it has reached... this is the best that we can know after-all!!! |

As I said, I have encountered the same thing for NDVO.... and so have avsneh, spyder2011 and you and I am sure almost everyone (irrespective of VO)... So I don't think we need to worry... May be that's how it works!  Good luck... |

Well about writing PO Box number, on second thoughts I don't think it matters... I was advised not to write so that courier company gives me a proof of delivery... so I did not write... But eventually we discovered that they (bluedart) will give no proof of delivery and we just have to track the consignment online to have "proof"... So I don't think that makes any difference... You anyway only get to know that it was delivered to a "STAMP" No news from my side as yet... No DD encashment and no medical line as yet... I am hoping I have either of the two or both by this weeks end or latest beginning of next week... Let's see!!! Wish you luck for your wife's docs...  |
