Hi Shiv,
I don't think it matters. At the end of day all they need is, YOU to be in LEGAL status. That can be.. WP/Implied Status etc. Proof of which you can provide. LMO is not your Legal status. Legal status document is a mandatory document which you must have enclosed (your previous WP; I assume you have enclosed it) along with your application. I don't think that sending LMO can influence your application in any way. They may ask your latest WP if required, later on. So, LMO.. They don't care.. WP is what matters.
The question that I get now is... Is it better to send latest WP as an enhancement to our application in order to avoid any delays further?

Hey QC, Hearty Congratulations !! Everything is well which Ends well....  Its really very long time .... 17 months... hhuuuuusssshhhh ... finally..... Wish you and your dependents a very happy life in CANADA.... Pl post your landing experiance whenever you get time... TC Update; We received our COPR ten days ago and "landed" by crossing the Can/USA border last Sunday, 5th February.
Almost 17 months to the day since we applied.
So just for your information on timeline we had;
Med requests - 29th November 2011
Meds done - 30th November 2011 (yes, we had them done the very next day!)
Passport request by e-mail - 21st December 2011
Passports sent to London VO by courier - 4th January 2012
COPR received - 1st February 2012
Landed - 5th February 2012
Please can the moderators update the spreadsheet for us.

You are right Dear, That's true even here also we are very much fine but, if we trying for something (application for Canada) and then we are not getting success in their then it will give panic us. that's it. I know that there are many our member who got the Visa and gone to Canada also and some of them return also because of not feel good, so it's become to much difficulty after going to Canada compare to here in India, but what i thing that if we take some decision then we should not go back from our decision. we should ready to take challenges. Hi Forum Members,
Are there any Microbiologists in the forum? I just tried my hand in job search and its been a herculean task getting a job in this field? Leave aside the white collar jobs in this field, getting a survival job in this field is just next to impossible. I feel I will drop the idea of ever settling in Canada. I think my country India has better openings.
Just needed some suggestions from forum members.
