Is there any specific reason for this irrational behaviour of NDVO??

Avsneh.....thanks so much for asking....I am Okay and still in India.

NDVO is not very consistent ...Param is waiting for over 3 months and Canadestin received PPs very soon without the "Med line" on his Ecas. Some people get Visas without any wait even though they have a complicated case (multiple foreign visits, change in family composition etc) and some have to wait for an eternity with a straightforward application.

Ideally, PPs should be returned within a month's time (max).

I guess NDVO needs to keep up with this behaviour to maintain their IMPORTANCE... .....I dont know WHY?

Dear aylin,
i have the same situation and almost every body following warsaw is in the same boat.

the reason of that is the latest procedure with passport request from warsaw is as the following:
1- asking you for scanned passport copies via email.
2- after checking ur copies they will ask u to send ur passport to damscus visa office to stamp ur visa.

now bcoz damscus visa office is closed, all our files have been transfered as for visa stamping to other visa offices like for iranians the files are now in ankara visa office.
so this is the main reason for delay.... but i think by mid of feb every thing will back to normal.

regarding address changing

Hi Buffalo applicants,

few days ago, I sent an email to Buffalo regarding my address changing. I haven't heard anything back from them yet. But when today I checked with CIC online service, I found my address has already been updated.

So I think Buffalo is working, but just with a super slow speed....

Your case is a TRUE MUSEUM PIECE....what the heck!!!! What are you planning to do...I think you have played all your cards. DId you contact QORAX da? How about sending a polite letter to the Jason Kenny? Applicants who are presently residing in Canada have the option of approaching the local MPs to help them expedite their cases but I dont know how this works for people outside Canada.

Pavan, keep shooting inquiries to VO.....this is what I can think of.

I am exxxxxtreeeeeemly glad to inform all of you that I have received the most and much awaited MR, RPRF, PCC and PPR through email today from NDVO... I received it exactly at noon time... My husband and I are extremely elated to have got this after such a long wait... This, I guess, is the second happiest day of our life (the first of course being the day we get Visas  ) I thank everyone on the forum for being with us, as moral support, all the while that we were frustrated, anxious, depressed, curious... at every point of time...

A very very very special thanks to Canadestin... You are a STAR!!!   And I promise that I will keep giving you +1s until we fly to Canada... You are awesome and even more awesome is your sixth sense!!!!!                  

I also thank mitali, pavan, sonir, sonu_rp, nokiadesire, dubaiite, rupesh, foreverurs, fragrance10 and one and all (I am very sorry if I am leaving out someone's name... Please be sure it's only coz of the excitement that is making me numb!!  ) on the forum for your guidance and support from time to time... I really can't find words to describe what I should be saying   Oh ya... and a thanks also for bearing my questions all this time    

And for the matter of facts... I am supposed to submit everything by March 22 but hahahahaha... who's gonna wait that long   We will be finishing everything asap and I will keep everyone posted...

I have sent my Medicals in Oct 2011 (sent by my Doctor) and PCC and RPRF (by me) and track the courier that it reached safely, but since than my ECAS has not been updated with medical recived line its been more thn 3 motnhs now.... Has there anyone who faced the same situation... I mailed them case specific query but they replied with the same standard answer that you file is awaiting officer review no further action is required...

Can anyone plz comeup if they are facing the same situation or know someone whose ecas not been update...
