Medical results have been received.    Is it an error or they actually made a decision

as you may know I have submitted New Born's PP on 28th Dec to NDVO

and my address was missing from 27th Jan 2011 onwards

I have applied for PR under the Skilled Worker category last year.I have now received the Papers for Medicals.During the time I applied I had a minor heart attack and had to do Angioplasty(with one block) for which a Stent was put.My visa office is London.
 Now I am on medications but the last 2 follow ups with the cardiologist was good and he said my condition is very good.
 I would like to know if this woud be in any way deterrant for my clearance for PR?
 Also I would like to know if there is a form for Right to Permanent Recidence Fee ?

I am not an expert but as per my opinion, dont worry this is not an issue...they are more concerned about contagious and communicable diseases that can easily spread...therefore in ur case having a heart problem should not create any problem with ur application....Good luck...

Based on my experience, infectious disease is not the main concern.... the bigger reason is to avoid admitting individuals that contribute to a CONSIDERABLE STRAIN TO THE CANADIAN MEDICARE. Dont forget healthcare costs in Canada is borne by the government.

That being said, I am not an immigration expert and cant say for sure if it will affect your chances of PR or not
