Dear Friends,

Is it so that processing happens on BF'D date? I recd my Medicals on 24th November which were done by 11th december. In november end I updated CHC about my younger son who was born in April, and recd his medicals on 22nd Dec. Got his meds done and sent by 23rd December.
The med request I recd for my younger son has a send by date of 10 feb 2012, which I am assuming is my bf'd date.
Does BF'd date carry any significance in processing?

Buffalo Transfers,

Do you guys/gals have your address in ecas?

Rod

No and still RBVO, I really don't pay much attention to it, as it doesn't seem to be very reliable.

Hi Param,

Thanks a lot for replying.

Looks like my best shot is waiting~

Jessiezz

Hey Jessiezz,

Greetings.

IMO if the DD has been encashed, then you need not worry.

Let your application reach it's destined VO, only then you may think of taking any action.

Hi Mahek:
You wrote:
"Has anyone tried the "pressure through your local MP" route?"
What does that mean, could you please elaborate?
I'm in the same boat as you, same responses from VO, same caips... pathetic.
Cam

I heard from many waiting for news from Buffalo that they visited/contacted their local MPs to complain and see if they can contact Buffalor/pressure on their behalf. In some cases it works in others it doesn't make a difference. I guess it depends on the MP this is why I was hoping to get some feedback from people who tried that route.

Cry Cry I am so desperate for someone to get MR at Buffalo or the transfered VO's Cry Cry This is certainly the most unfair and discriminating process there could be depending on your geographical location.

Sorry just needed to get some frustration out of my chest given that another month has passed. In a week from today, it will be 16 months since I applied. Honestly, I am scared this will go to the current timeline that buffalo has for pre-june applicants of 24 months

Rod

What really scares me, Rod, is that after all this waiting an application gets rejected. At least an MR would be reassuring. My file hasn't even left Buffalo.
