Mark, I think you should notify them. Also any news? Did you get CAIPS? I got transferred to LA a few weeks ago Rod  Seniors,
Are we required to notify visa offices of job change anymore? I changed jobs just before Christmas and was just getting around to sending documents to that effect to Buffalo VO, when I got to the web site, it mentioned...
Notify immediately for change of address, email, change of representative or request to withdraw app.
Notify after receiving B File Number for birth, death, marriage or divorce that changes information supplied in application.
That's it? Didn't the site used to mention change in job?

Hey Rod,
No news yet. I got my GCMS dated 12/07/11 right before Christmas, and finally had a chance to look them over. As of 12/07/11 nothing started with BFD of 2/10/12.
I had a few things to correct on it that I'm going to send an email about.
1) City name still misspelled even though they sent me an email saying it was corrected last summer.
2) Place of Birth for wife and 2 kids blank, even though included in application.
3) Correct years of education, but only 2 years university listed.
4) They have an original Police Certificate from Austria listed as a Copy from Germany.
5) Letter of reference from one of my vendors when I managed a bar is listed as a letter from the manager of the bar.

what is ur score? i mean how many points? are u married? Usually applications are refused for 2 reasons....1. Score less than 67....2. Job duties . for all other reasons they will send a letter asking for explanation |
