Cry  Bhakti, really high time Sad , anyways visa will come that is 100% sure, why dont you utilise this time and learn french Smiley

Honestly, sonir, I had thought of the same and actually have been thinking of it since last one year... But a course here is for about 5 months (the basic level) so I never started thinking that I would have to stop halfway if I got through the PRV process as per the ideal timeline... But alas... that never happened and time has just passed by like that... And for umpteen things of which French is only one, it so happens that coz of the wait you tend to postpone or cannot plan... But I agree with you completely... However even now I have the same fear in starting  Embarrassed

What are the chances of rejection if applicant received PER, any chance for rejection after Central Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia approved the application especially if your point's counts are Ok like blood relative points and IELTS? What percent our file is OK to getting Medical request after getting PER form CIO... I am also a silent viewer of this forum. Waiting for reply all..

People,

I have a premature query regarding Proof of Funds... But I need to have an idea from now so that we can plan things accordingly... We are two people on the application so we are supposed to have a minimum of CAD13,837 as PoF... I have presented proof for CAD14030 with my application (this is as per today's conversion rate)...

Now my questions are:

1. From what point of time can I start using this fund without creating any disruptions in processing? Eg. after I receive requests for medicals or after I send medicals & RPRF or only after I receive Visa or only after I successfully finish the immigration process at Canada airport??
2. The intention behind using money would only be related to immigration... like may be shopping or buying air tickets... Considering this, kindly answer "1".

Your responses will help me plan my finances.

Thanks a lot,

Ya but whenever I use it, it will only be either for immigration preparations (shopping) or for buying air tickets... So as it is the earliest I would want to use it is only after I send off my medicals... And then I would not be replenishing what I have used... Is that fine? Say if I would have used CAD 2500 out of the CAD 14030... I would not be putting it back and when I land in Canada, the amount will be lesser by that much than the required CAD 13837... So will that be okay?
