Don't think any thing and expect from NDVO they won't give you proper answer and they won't see our files..... they are enjoying lifes so we will all also enjoy our lifes with out CANADA we can't live......  I stopped send queries to NDVO they won't do anything if they say atleast our file reject it's too happy. If any one need B.P, sugar etc... apply CANADA PR.... Congrats nokiadesire:) :)happy for u:) guys i need an advice regarding pcc..i have been married from last 2 years n 10 months. .i applied in july 2010. At that time i gave pcc from both my birthplace and my inlaws place. Now since i m called 4 interview and have been told to get new pccs. Do i have to get them from both places again or just the inlaws place wud work?unfortunately i dont even have a photocopy of the pcc from my birthplace which i submitted earlier:( Only from the in-laws place should work... When I got the PCC I was married only for 1 year and 5 months but still submitted the PCC only for the new address. Basically it works if your police officials are fine in issuing the clearance status to you on the basis of your stay at the new address only. In my case, we thought we will need it from both places... But the police official said he does not mind giving me clearance based on my 1 year, 5 months stay at the new address and that's how they just gave it and I never needed to get it from my birthplace... if ur place n inlaws place both are in INDIA...then PCC from any one of the place willbe ok.
Hi Harjot,
Actually vallidity of PCC is 6 months... & you have to submit for both Birth place & Inlaws if it is different state...
I have submitted 2 PCC's of Me & my wife one of Haryana & one of Delhi (4 PCC's in total)

In my case both of them are in punjab.
What canadestin mentions is correct... only in the case that as Arun mentioned, if the birthplace and in-laws place are in different States... it might be necessary to have two! I am not sure of that... But as you said both of yours in Punjab, I think you should be able to do with one from in-laws place... |

Thank you, deadline for submission was 13-Jan-2012 and my E-case turned DM on 14-Jan-2012, the Visa was stamped on 11-Jan-2012 , surely can expect some activity from VO on BFD.
