Rupesh I have also applied through an agent. The 1st CSE was sent by my agent and the reply was sent to him. The 2nd CSE was sent by me through my personal ID and I also got the reply.  The same has been mentioned in the GCMS notes stating that they have replied to my personal ID.

Dear experts, I have one question,
regarding this instruction i the check list:

"Self-employed individuals must provide documentation from 3rd party individual(s) indicating the service provided along with payment details. Self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable evidence of work experience."

what documentation a doctor who has worked in her private office must provide?
Would that be affidavits from the patients mentioning they have been her patients? or what else?

u can submit  letter from senior doctor/professor who  knows u
U can submit trade license of ur clinic
Some documents that shows  patient is  paying u
A senior doctor/colleague can  declare that he  knows u /he worked with u/he supervise u/he  helps u in ur  work

Just reading my old posts and found the above one......i dint knew that the day i wrote the  post....processing of my application began....next day i received MR and Alhamdulilah i received my VISA before 28 working days completed.

Just trust ALmighty...we never know wat happens..
