Today i have to send my MR form whose xerox DMP gave me, My original New & Old PP(old means which one as I hav 2 old PPs?) & RPRF DD to NDVO.
Do I have to send any covering letter along with this all?

Facing people, giving explanations that why are you leaving for Canada is quit a tough job specfically in relations... there were very less I found who wished me good luck... but that's ok i'll manage without those negative people with there unreasonable reasoning... I'll do good I know...  Life rocks I'd like to point 2 aspects here..... Pardon me if I sound rude.. 1) Life is gonna be a b*t*h for first couple of years...
