Is there any more news apart from rayon and jason ?? Rayon got his medicals/passports/ PR fee request in 278 days from application received.

Hey Guys
I have sent my Passport, Police Clearance Certificate, Visa Fee at New Delhi Visa office after Medical done last month, but somehow my Draft which I have made in CAD 980 in favor of Receiver General For Canada didn't get cashed till date and it's been 17 Days...
Any advice guys, does it calls for a little worry?
My E-cas says
In Process (Medical results have been received.)
