Dear Admins, Please update my file, as I have been IN PROCESS from 20th July as my address disappeared & only last Wed. that our consultant here in Dubai informed me that we need to send PCC from Philippines & Dubai within 60 days. Im doubtful that they requested only PCC & nothing else that's why I asked our consultant to forward that email to me but till today I received nothing! imagine its been a week before they informed me that I need to send that & they received it only by email.really,I regret using a consultant!

Thanks wayne for your reply but the answer is both yes and no. I was in the US on a student visa but I stayed there only for 3 to 4 months and came back to india without completing my education.
Hmm, they are not usually interested in other countries unless you have stayed there for a period longer than 6 months. Have you tried sending them a case-specific mail? Wayne.

Yeah Canadestin I sent 2 Queries and got reply 1st one saying your application under review by VO. 2nd one saying that Your File is in the processing queue and no assistance from your side is required at the moment.
now I desided not to send any Query upto September 12th.
Thanks and Regards Pavan
Hi Pavan, Probably a good call to wait before reminding them again. I realise the wait is frustrating but continual queries of the "what's going on?" variety is not going to speed up your application but instead annoy your visa officer. I hope you hear something soon Wayne.

dear 1122 Applicant many applicants having file in Damascus said their files were transferred to Warsaw recently... hasn't it happened to u? I recommend u to sent an email to Damascus VO' ..recent emails sent by Damascus vo show that they r going to change our VO except those whose status are "in process" step or further steps. on the other hand, Warsaw VO accelerate to respond email relatively. I suggest to send an email to them as well(both Damascus and Warsaw) good luck and hope to hear good news

Sigh, I certainly have not done "all these". Let's see:
By "misinterpret another person's jokes", why do you not levy the same criticism at the forum moderator, who certainly didn't "misinterpret" the joke when he/she deleted the post? The fact remained that the "joke" was tasteless and offensive and I was certainly not the only one who thought so. Clearly the owners of this forum agreed, and removed the post.
And I have never criticised anyone's religion on this forum. NEVER. EVER. Not once. Please show me the post where I have? All I have ever said on the subject of religion here is that we should keep religion to a minimum on this forum since is not a religious forum and everyone has different beliefs on religion. How is that "criticised anyone's religion".
I have never tried to "win popularity support", although I anticipated this kind of criticism from someone like you, but I reactivated my account at the request of this forum's moderator, and many others.
Choices of consultants and legality and illegality of immigration applications ARE valid topics for discussion on an immigration forum. You know, being about immigration etc.
Look - it's clear you don't like me and will jump at any opportunity to dive into a conversation on here (whether you're involved or not) to discredit me in whichever way you can find to twist the discussion or facts round.
Now you can either turn this into a multi-page argument by continuing this baseless and needless critique of me, when all I did was respond to someone who specifically addressed a post to me! Or you can stop and we can go about this business of discussing immigration for post-June-2010 applicants, which is what I would like to do.
How long you wish to continue this unpleasantness is up to you - but I think now is a good time to stop.
Wayne.
 grow up guys

CIIP stands for Canadian Immigrant Integration Program and I would certainly recommend that you attend a session if you have the chance. If they do not have sessions close to where you are, you could even sign up for an online session. It is a government funded program (so it is free for the applicants) so you really shouldn't miss out on it. They basically give you a general idea about Canada on the first day, letting you know about things like job markets, how to go about making your resumes, the geography of the country etc. The second day is the most useful as they sit with you one on one to discuss your profession and what you would need to do to be successful in landing a job asap once you get there. They also provide you with a lot of very useful links and put you in touch with their counterparts in Canada to offer assistance after you land. This is the link if you would like to know more http://www.newcomersuccess.ca/index.php/en/about-ciipAll the best My wife and I will be attending the CIIP sessions on the 16th & 17th Aug in London. That is exciting to me. The only thing that is not exciting now is that London VO refuse to send my baby's medical form after 3 working weeks since I personally dropped it in their office. I feel like shouting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shalom
