Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Its becoming difficult reading through several pages in this thread due to some senseless arguements.
The thread is no longer motivating compare to Jan/Feb/March.
I just hope I am thru with the whole thing so I can peacefully take my exit.

When a bunch of people get frustrated due to lack of progress they start attacking each other, it's unfortunate human nature. Doesn't help when they see others reach the finish before themselves.

I hope when things start moving again for everyone things will settle down and become nicer.

If people will focus on immigration issues and don't get involved with other people's decisions then their won't be personal attacks.

Nectar always threatened to go but always came back. Now we see the same happening all over again. Do we have twins here?

Anybody who is tired of the forum should exit and when they do, they should stay out.

Dear :  All memembers of the forum
I,ll give my experience to all the members as I saw   many enquiries . I applied on mid of October 2010 As ONC 3131 , then I waited for 3 months No news from CIO . I sent an inquiry , they replied me giving me file # Bxxxxxxxxx . Then I waited till March 2011 No news. Then I sent many enquiries . they replied me ,your file is awaiting assesment.  I checked E. case  IT showed CIO eligability complete  we send a letter on 12 th  February ,but, I did not acctually  recieved any  emails (PER) as mentioned on E case. After 7 months I recieved NER . So , It was very shocking to me and also my NOC reached the cap. The big surprise to me that they did not send my file back as they refused my file , they also did not refund my money (1700 CAD $ ) . I sent an enquiry to send my file back to me as they refused my file , the cause was that my total points are 63 , but I have my sister in Canada and she has Canidian citizenship ,I sent citizenship of my sister , but they told me  No proof of relation in Canada . so I am not eligible because  I missed 5 points. So , I am not eligible. They replied my request to send my file back and money that ,the money will not refund  as they started already processing of my file , ( I do not know which proscessing they started ,Although they sent to me NER ). The main disaster for me that they will not send my documents back to me , so I can not send back my file and I sent many original documents , that I can not compensate.  The funny reply  that I can send again  a new file but they will accept a copy of ILETS , that I sent already TO THEM AND THEY DID NOT SEND BACK TO ME but I have to send a copy of the NER letter to them with file and explain to them . So my advice to all member when you recive NER do not wait for money and yor file will not come back to you , but also If you do not recieve PER  letter from CIO do not believe E case If CIO eligability complete untill you recieve A letter wether PER or NER  and you have to exepect a problem in your file need further investigations. My enquiry to all members is it legal to keep my documents and the money although they did not accept my applications ?[/b][/i]

It was on the bottom left of the cover page asking me to do my MED REQUEST and RPRF

it is like if you print out a website page, it will leave the website info either down or up. I am thinking that it is the file name that the VISA OFFICER put to prioritise certain file especially post june 26, 2010 file.

Really sorry to hear about you application !!!
The same reason for NER they sent to me and i have eneded up with 64 Points.
I think they wont refund the money to us they have refused our application, they refund in the case of only the category gets full i suppose...
They gave me ner on 30/05/2011
i come to know on 27/06/2011.
I asked to review my application and gathered the documents and sent them on 01/07/2011, still waiting for the reply to come from their side.
Let me know if you get any update...

 1. Do you get request for updated PCC before, with or after medicals ?

 2. Do you get request for updated PCC and medicals through courier or email ?

 3. What is the validity time period of Medicals ?

Got my Medical request and RPRF along PCC request from Singapore VO yesterday. Letter date is 18th July. Well, i have two a quick question:

PCC: I have my FBI and local (Bangladesh) PCC taken in March 2011. Which is also most more than 4 months now. Since i was expecting the PCC requests much earlier, i ordered them after i got my PER on February 2011. Now, i have heard that PCC is valid for 3 months. However, the letter i have got from SGVO along with MR and RPRF does not specify an expiration period. Should i just send the PCC i have with me? Local new PCC is not an issue and can be obtainable within a week; but FBI would take minimum of 2 months to reproduce a new one - which would kill my 60 days time frame.

Anyone with an insight?

One more thing:

on my Medical paper: my last name is written as "AL MAMUN" whereas in my application it is written as "AL-MAMUN". They just missed "-" on my name. I have seen lot of port authority and embassies from other countries also erase this "-" with a space before. I am just being little cautious, if this is an issue.

My son also has the same sur name and his name is printed as "AL-MAMUN". So, is that a mistake that they replace this with a space on my name? More importantly, my passport also have a space in name, even though some of my other documents such as academic, marriage certificate have "-" in that. Wired situation. Even in my PCC requested from local authority gave space. no "-". But FBI PCC has "-".

What should i do now?

FBI PCC is fine you need to get new Local PCC, as far as "-" is concerned it should not be an issue at all. Some people use it some do not while writing.
