Guys,

I believe they should let Crane Operators borrow money to get in, they need those guys badly  Wink.

Joke aside, people will always try to bend/brake rules no matter where they come from. I can say I try to understand when people brake rules when their family's  future is at stake rather than doing it out out of greed. I bet it's  hard to see your family unhappy, IMO personal principles get lost there.

I live in Chicago now, probably the most corrupt big city in the whole world. It was a huge shock for me as I expected something different than practices "allowed" back home. From this point of view (and others ) US is a big disappointment. I strongly hope Canada is way different but honestly I will try not to get my expectations too high.  At this point I prefer having a nice surprise than yet another disappointment.

Alex.

Don't you know why? it's Wayne's nature. he loves to hurt people, he loves to ruin others happiness...
Few days ago, I got MR and out of joy i posted a wonderful pictorial post of MR bomb. My intention was to point out that fact that I will undergo medical examinations since MR bomb wounded him. Everybody liked Dr.Hasib's post...everybody was congratulating Dr.Hasib and praised him for his outstanding sense of humour.
Mean minded , jealous Mr. Wayne couldn't accept it. That's why he appeared as “party pooper”. He ruined my celebration party by relating MR bomb to Norway's bomb blast.
I wonder how sick a human can be!!! He is not normal, he is insane and his permanent residence should be “Lunatic asylum” not CANADA.

Dr.Hasib

So you say I am sick, insane, inhuman and love to hurt people - just because I believe it is wrong to lie to CIC and fraudulently obtain a visa and I belong in a lunatic asylum?HuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuh??

OK THAT'S IT.

Ladies and gentlemen, sorry I really did intend to stay here helping other people but I simply won't log into this forum any more.

I already have my visa, and my only reason to log on here is to help people. But I won't log on to receive such nasty, victimisation from Dr.Hasib.

I wish the GENUINE applicants here the very best of luck getting your visas in a timely fashion.

Anyone who genuinely wants my help can reach me via my blog.

I am deleting my account and I am outta here. You have idiots like Dr.Hasib and Maani1985 and the host of fraudsters here to thank for it.

Goodbye everyone,
Wayne.

If it's in Canadian dollars, it's the Receiver General for Canada.

Sometimes visa offices allow local currency in which case the payee will be different, but you'll have to check with your visa office.

Simplest way is Canadian dollars then it's definitely the Receiver General for Canada! Smiley

Pradeep,

I did type this three times to not to proceed and get bank draft for the Receiver General for Canada!

Wayne,

Sorry it is not any disrespect.

Buffalo works differently. The letter, I received and many of my friends in the last two years are the same. The draft should be in favour Canadian Consulate General and it can be either CAN DOLLARS or USD. The amount is same $490 CAD or USD.

thanks

i was not defending ilegal or legal things....i dint like the word Fraud used for bknr...even though i never interacted with him nor i know him personally....it just that he joined forum to take advice n he told the truth which i suppose not every one does....n instead of arguing or discussing this now...it should have been done before he applied or before he got the visa....he wud have realised n withdrew his application or wud have not applied at first.

now that guy got Visa and he his happy....y do u have to  screw his happiness n make him feel guilty?

r u waiting for this day to make him feel guilty n screw his happiness?
Stop getting yourself involved with this discussion.

You do what is best for you and your family and let the chorus sing their disapproval.

You have no personal relationship with any of these people, hence they are irrelevant to you, so don't let their comments upset you.

Everybody on this forum is just a name and opinions. Nothing more. You may end up finding true friendship but I'm sure by the time you spend real life time with others, you will wish you never had the misfortune of coming across them.

Stay focused, you, your friends and anyone else and I wish you all the best with your applications.

When your children thank you for the steps you took now, in the future, see whether you will be concerned about what people said.

There are people who will begrudge those going through famine in Somalia if they tried all that is possible to relocate and survive. Don't let it surprise you, human beings are inherently selfish.

Guys, I guess we should not get into what's legal or illegal .. if we cannot feel good about someone that he/she is getting through, we should not question anybody's integrity.  I feel that CIC and VO's are more than capable of verifying the facts which are presented by the applicants and leave it to them to decide who is good enough to enter Canadian boundaries and who is not.  If we are questioning somebody's inclusion in Canada we are questioning the whole process being following by CIC and VO's.  If anyone of us feel that some undeserving candidates are getting through and the system is not foolproof, we just have two options - First is to accept the things as they are and second is choosing not to be a part of the system.

I feel that no system or process is 100% accurate and there would be such cases.  I am sure over a period of next few years, there would be new parameters included in the immigraton process and only genuine (or legal) applications will be approved for PR.

Just my opinion, I don't want to get into any arguement with anyone as I feel we have excellent set of people here in this forum and everybody is very helpful.

Cheers and all the best to all my friends Smiley

Regards
Manpreet

So bkcnbr is just as fraudulent as anyone who submits false work experience letters or false education documents to lie and cheat their way to a visa.

Wayne.

bkcnbr is not fraudulent; I'm sure he's a real person. He may however have committed an ACT of fraud.

bkcnbr is not fraudulent; I'm sure he's a real person. He may however have committed an ACT of fraud.

fraudulent |ˈfrôjələnt|
adjective
obtained, done by, or involving deception, esp. criminal deception.

You are correct, I believe he is an actual person Smiley
bkcnbr has committed fraud and has therefore behaved fraudulently. I like your attention to detail.

fraud |frôd|
noun
wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.

Maybe it should read...
So bkcnbr has behaved just as fraudulently as anyone who submits false work experience letters or false education documents to lie and cheat their way to a visa.

Hey Vinny,

There seems be a conflicting information in buffalo's website.

Take a look at these links, both says different one's:

Link 1: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/buffalo/imm/fees-frais_buffalo.aspx   Says payable to “Canadian Consulate General” for CAD
Link 2: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/buffalo/assets/pdfs/visas/50_1_eng.pdf  Says payable to “Receiver General for Canada” For CAD

I have sent an email inquiry to Buffalo, let see what they advise.

Thanks,

Pradeep

Engy, BIG Congratulations Smiley you finally made it!

I am also thrilled hearing that they have replied to your email that you have sent yesterday.

Did you just send an email on the address mentioned on the embassy's site ? or a case specific inquiry ?

It is also frustrating that they can forget somethings which we have to remind them about !

Congratulations anyway Smiley

Magdy
Yeah Engy, Thank God Smiley
Thank you Magdy for your kind words.
The email address was mentioned in the end of their email.
I am witing for your upcoming good news.
It is your turn.
GOOD LUCK
