I keep telling you all to stop assuming stuff. I just got my client ID #. Application filed Sept 9, CC cashed Sept 15. CIC says all applications cashed are counted towards cap. This means that the 1000 will not be applications based on eligibility review but on completeness check. They will be closing noc1122 soon.

Hi everybody, you people are doing a great job.

I am new to forum, just joined. First, please include me in the spread sheet:
Date of application reached: Sept 15th
VO: BUffalo
CC Charged: Sept 23rd
NOC: 2121
PCC: Not included

About the letter, i was thinking of including PCC issue. Because if they are taking 33 weeks to inform us, people who have sent their PCCs along with the application or people who have gotten it later may become invalid as they are vaild for just 3 months. So, would it be OK to ask them when shall we get our PCCs? You know how much time it takes to get PCC from FBI in USA.

Also, it could be mentioned that if some eligible candidate's application is returned for a small mistake, he can get second chance if he knows when the cap will be reached. If they are stockpiling the complete applications now which myself and some other members feel here, some great candidates may loose their chance as it will be almost one year when the process for other applicants will be completed.

This is my first posting, i hope its posted properly.

Any PCCs should become invalid (i.e. older than 1 year) before the process is finalised will probably require new PCCs. Best to just wait and see if visa office request new ones IMO.

Yes I think so Wayne but do u think they will keep us updated like this I mean on weekly basis I think the next update 1122 will reach 1000

One of my friend called them yesterday and they told him that they are working till 5-9-2010 and there is no further update for his case his application arrived there on 10-9

We will see next week what will happen have a nice weekend my friend

All,

Please see the above data, I tried to analyze the aforementioned data and drew the assumptions, within two days, CIC was able to complete 3.5(within 3 to 4 applications) per day and last 8 days, they worked on 2.4( within 2 to 3 applicants)per day. Well these are just general assumption in line with numbers of total applicants, not for individual NOC as there are variations amongst NOC. Anyway, IMO, even though these results are not precise data, at least convey the common evidence, CIC are getting faster checking on applications day by day.
