Hi Wendy,
My BD also made out to "receiver general" had the address in Toronto too.  I assumed that was correct! Mine was made out by Halifax.
Hope the remainder of the documents arrive promptly!

AS I TOLD AT THE TIME OF ACCIDENT I TOLD TO POLICE AND EMBASSY THAT I LOST OLD PASSPORT BUT THEY REPLIED NO PROBLEM IT IS EXPIRED AND CANCELED SO NO ACTION REQUIRED.

NOW I SHOULD SEND THESE DOCUMENTS TO CHC LONDON FOR THEIR INFORMATION. PLEASE GUIDE ME

So you got 45 days. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't it 60 days for some of the ND VO applicants?

You applied for Belgian visa after receiving MR/PPR/RPRF request? Why do you wanna do that if you are not sure as to how long it's gonna take? But it shouldn't take long I guess.

Haven't yet applied for the Dutch PCC? Should have done that immediately.

If you don't get the Dutch PCC before the deadline, send everything else with a letter explaining your PCC situation and that you will submit it as soon as you receive it.

Or send a explanation letter (or case specific query) right away.
