don't know which one clicked, e-mail or FAX,, but it did!!! i've got a reply!!  This refers to your recent correspondence received at our office requesting reconsideration . . . . but i have to send the bank draft again as they've send it back already!! thanks this forum to guide me through!!  i haven't got my application back yet,, if i get it back,, do i have to send it again?? or do they (CIO) has a copy?? anyone?  thank u, thank u, thank uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!

I guess it should be a cover letter explaining the reason you are resubmitting new bank draft, possibly with a copy of their unfair NER and a copy of your protest email and your fax to them. You had better ask senior members like Anil, Wayne, and Indira on this too.

Dear all, specially SGVO ppl.....we have received our PPR in snail mail (Singapore to Bangladesh) just two days after my Ecas chaged to "Medicals have been received"....I am in 7th heaven. I give credit to the wonderful ppl of this forum, specially Dr. hasib, Indira, Wayne whom I have been following for the lasst 6 months.
Thank you all and believe me, if we can come this far then everyone will make it soon

 I have a strong feeling that CHC are making sure that they clear first those candidates, who have 2 files old ( <26J2010 )and new(>26J2010) this will reduce their work load faster. Sonir

Kokopeace, aakash28, arif2095,CanadaLove, In_dhaka, Fortune2010 & other post June 2010 SGVO applicants whose status is “RBVO” for a long time:
Today, a good number of SGVO applicants got the status “RBVO” after a long wait. In addition, a good number of SGVO applicants who were stuck in “In process” got MR recently.
Therefore, it can be expected that SGVO applicants who have been stuck in “RBVO” status might get the status “In process” in no time...most probably within 12 June 2011.
