Singapore VO seems working fast after your excellent pictorial post.

I have recieved my MR & PRF on 2 june dated 30th May 2011.
But there was no bank statement request.
Do I need to send bank statement to visa office? I think not now. Whats your opinions??

Also send a case specific query in addition to the fax, Just in case they miss (or the person receiving doesn't act on it) the fax.....Since you are in Canada, you can also send a detailed explanation letter and all the documents to support your claim and it should reach them in a day or two.....try all possible routes and don't leave anything to chance.

Please advice ASAP becuase i need to act very fast

After delaying my documents for months (I submitted my documents in december 2010), CIO just sent me an NER. The officer who assessed my case wrongly assessed me and did not assign me the points I was eligible for.

Just as a background, I am a medical doctor with 3 yrs of work experience (I got 19 out of 21 points for that) and a Masters degree from a well-known University in Canada.  I currently live in Canada under a temporary permit. Despite giving me the maximum points I deserve for work experience, I was assigned only 5 points for education (out of a possible 25) ie equivalent to secondary or high school education - even though I have basically being in school almost all my life (I have a medical degree, masters degree recently and have being in school for more than 18 yrs of full time study and attached a photocopy of my degree certificate).

I am planning to fax them a letter including my medical school and masters transcript and draw attention to the fact that I wasnt properly assessed.
What else do I need to do apart from that? Do you think they will even act based on this information?

After 76 days I have sent the PP & RPRF , once case specific query , two email queries, one hard copy of the query , it was the turn of ND VO to call me , I got a call from New Delhi VO yesterday afternoon around 1pm , after a brief chat I was politely told by the Lady (probably Indian as the english had Indian accent) that they can't reply to all email and now they have received my letter and based on the letter they asked me the number of dependents in the visa application, after confirming the number of applicants they asked me whether I had sent the RPRF DD, I replied in affirmative, then came the shocker they can't find the RPRF DD with the passports  

Thats some relief Bindu....at least u know status....Getting Old DD cancelled may take some time..get new one ASAP...

Going by majorhell's (ND VO) case, you should get it in less than a week !!!

i was interview by VO last week of may and after the interview i was informed that she was satisfied with the result of the interview and she will be sending medical request by mail.....anybody here knows when could i possibly receive the medical request?

How does MR come to you ..is it via registered post,snail mail or courier ??

Hi ozonezone,

Sorry for the stressful time you are going through. Another blunder on the part of CIO. Do send them the fax ASAP and yes they will act based on the info you are sending. Actually you will give them a heads up by this and they will review your file again. If all the documents are there, they will correct themselves. This faxing method has worked for a handful of our friends here who had got an unfair NER.

I have decided to send a letter to them with supporting documents via courier first thing in the morning

Will definitely let you guys know what the outcome is
