hahahaha! You almost had me in splits April 20. Yes, it is perfectly normal to wait that long for a PER. Those of us who had submitted in July/Aug/Sept and some applicants in 'white' on our spreadsheet had to wait for over 4 months. In fact, we still have a few who have been waiting a verrrryyyy long time to get their PERs. Hang in there and don't worry, it'll come very soon. |
