Hello everyone, again!!

I am really scared and nervous now because the last time I heard from them was on April 5th, 2011 and they said they were going to send me a letter since the elegibility review process at CIO Sydney was complete. I know that "letter" is just an email which i never got and I was just waiting for my ecas to change to RBVO and so far, haven't changed to that.

I wrote to them and no response so far. Any thoughts? You guys think is a bad sign?  Hope everything is going good!!

Don't be nervous, the last time we heard anything from CIO was in march so....
No news since, no change on ECAS, just that irritating line: we send you a letter on...blablablabla!

Sounds logical..
But can you provide the source from which you have this information or is it just guessing

I went to the VO in ND to get corrections done on my COPR, which they did in 24 hours! Anyway the point is, they also asked to write / submit a letter requesting for withdrawal of the old application, so not sure how the automatic withdrawal works, if it does.

We got decision made on ECAS. Unsure when this changed as i was sick and ooto for 10 days. Prab confirmed he saw In Process sometime last week though.

I really hope this is a good news

I thank all of you out here for your support and kindness.. I am now recovering from Enteric fever and was back from hospital yesterday. Feels great to see so many PMs of 'Take Care'.. This forum is so precious for me..

I wish all of us receive visas soon and fly into the next chapter of life together..

I am not returning to Chennai, until mid - June, so Prab has to courier me the visas and passports once he receives them.

It's June already tomorrow.

Anybody have any ideas on what 26th of June might bring in terms of changes? (Nectar, please excuse!)

The way these guys have processed apps in this forum, I guess there would a staggering 10,000 odd applications in the post 26/6 quota worldwide still under process or "in process" at various stage.

Hope they get a move on this month before Mr. Kenny announces further changes and sends VOs into a tail spin.

How does the CIO return the payment after getting NER, if the payment has been paid by Credit card. And how long do they usually take to refund the payment?

I do not know about Credit Card but I received the Bank Draft in 20-25 days aftr the NER but it took not less than 1 month for its encashment.

Can you check your RPRF receipt and let me know the following "what is printed in your client field". It can be found in the receipt just below your File ID (printed in the receipt)

I have just noticed in our case that they have printed the bank draft number in our client field.
