That's actually very strange on the part of VO to refund the earlier money,,,but since they have practically done nothing with the old file so the refund is indeed needed.
and I would welcome any $$$ coming my way...(I am an old applicant too...)

It indicates very clearly that in you case it is " DECISION MADE"  So chill and enjoy buddy..  |

No Mayank, VO did nt ask me at all, nor i asked them for withdrawl.
Status of my old application is "WITHDRAWN" from 20 Mar.onward. While its still "IN PROCESS" regarding new appl.
Hi Placebo, Mayank, Anil Even I am also in backlog of Year March 2005. I have also filed my fast track application in November 2010. Through medical and ppt request. Just now i have also checked my status for previous/old file, it is also showing application withdrawn however i have not pulled back my case. Seems like they are closing the previous files on their own. Please share your opinion Regards Sachin |
