Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

London VO do not issue 2nd AORs for post-June-2010 applicants. So after you receive your PER from CIO, then next communication you get will be medical requests from London, which will be by post (unless they want more informatino).

I am not sure going in person will be any better than writing - you cannot speak to immigration directly, you'll only be able to get to security and hand-deliver a letter.

Probably you are best to send a case-specific query via their website informing them of your change of email address.

I too am from Hyderabad ....... and my latest experience says that it takes max 3 weeks from RPO. That is my personal experience and not through any agent, I don't believe them and don't have money to spend for PCC!! !!  .. Yes, it is true that you have to submit PP + copy, if you are applying the same from RPO. Whereas through PCO it takes exact 2 weeks (10-12 working days) and that too without submitting PP. This was just for info .... not a suggestion / advice ....

And dear friend their is no member who got both the things simultaneously. Only 3 people have got interview call .... one of them had already submitted PCC along with the application (majorhell). It is illogical that they ask both the things together ...... Either they will call for interview & then rest or direct rest or a query.....So be cool. Yes you do have to carry your PP if called for an interview because that is the main document for your license to travel ... abroad or inside counslate ...... .... hope you got your answer.

That sounds like a great idea, Entemaria!

Fact is that many of us, immigrants (to be), think that by moving to another society will live in our own bubble through which we will be able to see others through their bubbles with a disability to interact. Unless there is a perception of 'no bubbles', people will not live in harmony. It will take time for each to understand how others from different cultures behave and react. For instance, middle-easterners and others, by culture, react with their hearts in a situation where no emotions are required. Business for example. Some take matters personally while it is purely business with hardly anything to do with a habit of drinking tea with 4 sugars instead of none. Absolutely personal!

On the other hand, in a western culture, people are work oriented and that to sustain an acceptable level of a professional and financial standard, one has to work. Simple: work time is for work. Everything else comes after, or before. It all goes back to education and political factors where differences between one society and the other could be substantial.

It brings us to self-confidence and belief in our own cultures and values. I strongly believe in holding on to those values while sharing values of others and respecting them. This is what makes a multicultural society and that is why it is called multicultural. You hold on to your values while respecting those of the others.

I can elaborate with more detailed examples here but I believe I have made my point across.

Your respect to both values is an integral part to your self respect and the respect of others to you and the recipe for success in a multicultural society.

Here we go Cairo   I am now reading your writings for the purpose of putting myself in such multicultural community with all the meanings laying behind. Respect for others is crucial part in respecting who we are and as long as you keep respect in your attitude and behaviour with foreigners the same as you do it with close people, you will get it all back even for a desired smile   Thank you for elaborating and stressing it out load after speaking about it on the phone together    I can see your expierence with travelling and meeting with different nationalities and variable charachters showing up in your analysis and I will be glad to support according to my little expierence as well. +1 from me too

  @  Magdy, please I'm still having a difficulty in getting Nigerian PCC ,you told me before that you can send me the forms ,please do send them to me as a PM,and another question is that how did you do your fingerprints (ink?),and how much did you pay for the certificate in Lagos and how much for the courier from Nigeria to Egypt ? any other requirements to be sent beside the forms ? Sorry for bothering you ,and thank you very much .
