I really appreciate your efforts for resubmitting the application. Don't worry ..... You can submit it next week. I agree with both the contradictory statements ....... Shocked .... submit as soon as possible + can submit in coming week. Have observed the CAP status of dentists ....it took almost 1.1/2 months to reach the CAP from 860 .... Cheesy ...on the other hand CAPS of RN and 1122 reached so fast. But for medicos, I feel it will take time!!

Applying with New Delhi as VO ..... may not be a wise decision. Even if they process, say with in 4-6 months, (without interview) - you are required to send the PP for the final stage, which may take anywhere from 1 month to 3 months (or more) ..... staying in USA without PP ...... I think is not at all advisable (my guess - even illegal). Also you were mentioning about this 2 years thing ...... so better opt for Buffalo ... and have peace of mind. All the Best.
