Thanks Viktoria for your options and concern, I have already submitted a request to the test center and they are willing to allow me to pick up on my own on Tuesday as the office opens. So hopefully by Tuesday, i will be able to get all documents complete and resend it.

      My friendss applied in dec 7 2010,got file no from CIC on March 5, Got 2nd AOR and finger print request  from Buffalo may 26,2011 .......( got married and didnot submit their spouse details yet.........just send the fax with marriage certificate in April 2011), FSW2,NOC 3152.
Hope this would help.
 I am just a week behind them and hoping my finger print email next week (praying)

Total application received for NOC 3112 has reached 853 till may 20th, so experts please pour ur views if i will be able to count up in the cap for this year or do i wait for next year. Just being more cautious about my luck, coz i will be able to send my documents  by next week and as it reaches CIO it will be 2nd week of JUNE.
 I find it so risky to reapply and my luck again not favoring this time too coz of maximum cap reached by the time my file gets opened by CIO.

I think that is not a good idea to delay.

We do not know which professions will be on the list of professions required after 1 July 2011th.

Do you escape of patient (me). :)Just a joke, sorry.

When application not reach the cap, they return the entire application. So (to be away from you) in such a case will return the entire application and then you can apply with the same  documents. Let someone correct me, if I am  wrong.

and it will send v/o in london for further processing
feb2011 status is-received by visa office
may2011-i send an email and they reply that my application in v/o london for processing

There is no advice to give, dulal.
Your application timeline is very similar indeed to ours and we are also still RBVO.
London is just being very slow indeed. They have a great weight of backlog and now are also taking on Pakistan applications so they are far too busy.
We are all waiting - you will just have to be patient.

I did the medical in Kuwait as I work here and my family on a visit visa here,I'm the principal applicant, I received the request on wednesday.
The pregnancy is on 12 weeks now, If I knew they will not do X-ray for pregnancy reason, I would do the X-ray and keep it earlier with informing the assigned doctor approval - The pregnancy happened during this visit time - that what happened, now my wife did all the medical except the x-ray, I don't know how this will affect my application and visa issuance .
By sending the medical on my account I mean that I have to pay to the courier, the doctor and I will call the courier company and I will pay from my account " pocket "
The visa office asked for the medical and RPRF only , I didn't inform the Visa Office that my wife is pregnant as I didn't think it will affect the applicaion, no baby is born yet to change the application but I think I should write an explaination letter and see where this will take us
No problem for asking anything as we here to help each other
For me I was going to hire a lawer but I found he is not telling the truth, out of date , giving insructions in the last minute, was takng it as business case while it's my FUTURE so I ran away, Afriend told me about this forum and here I'm , I just do like you , ask for help here and I always find here

My advice is to send it as soon as possible. I bet you would make it in time. Delaying i think is not a good idea.

That being said i doubt 3112 would not be in next year's list. I would be surprised if it isnt. They r in bad need of general practitioners.

Just make sure you do not leave any document out in a hurry to send the applicaton though.

Can anyone  throw some light----

Suppose I get my Canadian PR status in November 2011.. AND if I get 3 years postgraduate medical residency training( on J1 studies Visa) in USA starting in  JULY 2012 and finishing in June 2015.. It will be complete 3 years studies  in USA (i.e. 3 years out of Canada) except 15 days leave per year...Then I will not be able maintain my PR status (2yrs compulsory stay in Canada iout of  5yrs).

Is there any way out to maintain my PR status in Canada ?

Dear Ketchi,

My medical papers reached me with some mistake regarding interchange of my kids photographs on each other`s medical form. So i sent back these papers for rectification alongwith rprf which got encashed on 30th April. It was due to the mistake on the part of my consultant,who wrongly wrote names on the b/s of the photographs. Also ,may there be some other documents which need rectification at some stage ? Please guide.
