High blood pressure wont create any problem for you. Though your DMP will test your Serum creatinine if BP is above 140/90. Sometimes DMP's ignore a bit high BP if you look healthy otherwise. If your creatinine also found to be high then VO will send you re-medical with list of other tests to know about your health condition. Chances of getting rejected with such minor problem are almost nil. So don't worry.

Haha.. The funny side of this post is that i am advising a doctor about his health. lolz.

12379 application received in the post 26/6 quota, out of which, 415 (363 active + 52 rejections) were active in this forum, roughly 3.35% of the total applications.

By CIC statistics, each year on the "total outcomes", there's an approval rate of 60% across streams. If we were to take it at random and superimpose it on this group, we should see at least 250 positive results soon.  

IMHO, the number should be higher due to the new rules and less scope of ambiguity where everybody sends their papers to the the CIO.

I got my medical request and RPRF in hand  dated 17 May 2011
I did the medical except X-ray for my pregnant wife, the doctor didn't recommend even with shield but reports not sent yet
 
The medical shall be sent to London by the assigned doctor on my account
For the fees , I prefer to send it in canadian dollars in favour of "Receiver General for Canada" as the Bank draft encashment will give Indication of progress , the draft will be payed in Canada on canadian bank ,,, But will I sent the draft to CAIRO VISA OFFICE??

congratulation man my case as u i got medical and my wife who is the main applicant is 8th month pregnant i am also belong to cairo visa office i want to know who dr u choose to make the medical for u? did the doctor make the medical for ur wife except the x-ray? why the doctor send the medical on ur account all people undergoing the medical not tell that did u ask for that ? did the visa office ask for other document with rprf? did u contact the visa office of cairo telling them that ur wife is pregnant and she will not do the x-ray? sorry for make u tired by all my question but realy i dont know what i will do thank u in advance

If they don't issue original more than once than you can try to ask  to send the original to any company (write the name of a colleague in the company when you work or any friend's company).  

When I applying for IELTS asked  to submit a copy to a friend from my company and the company of my brother. They gave the results to me. So I got 3 originals.

I don't believe you.
Even if its true it makes you the only one with RPRF encashed before medicals which is too weird and must be a mistake made by the visa officer.
After all to err is human.

That's quite an improbable scenario. Haven't heard of sucha thing before mate.

BTW who told you that yr RPRF has been encashed? Bank or have you received the receipt letter from CIC?
