Hello Everybody..

I already got my PER...i hv Question regarding my mailing address...Actually i hired a consultant for my case...now i came to know that, the mailing address in my initial PER(CIO Approval) shows My consultant address, who lives in BC province of CANADA..

Now my Question is....
1) in future when CHC, New Delhi visa office will communicate regarding my case,
does CHC will send all communications on that address....?
2) what is the procedure of for change the address?

Thanks & Regards...

the address which was  used in the form they will send  everything to that address

Anybody has any updated information on "Decision Made" before medical test? What does it really mean? Did anybody inquire to the visa office who has similar status on the eCAS and get any reply from the VO? .....

Dude I already replied a few posts up?

I was busy recollecting my documents, uffs and this forum runs so fast i can hardly catch up if i don't open up my pc for few hours.
Anyway,Thank you Katy for your help.Ur suggestion was indeed helpful. I managed to call the test center and now i am able to pick up a copy of my result on Monday. But wondering if the copy would work out or not, as they don't issue original more than once.
Forum members and expertise who had reapplied please help me out to know, if the copy would work out if sent with the application package. This time, i don't want to miss any documents.
Hi string  Smiley

From my own experience; British Council sends your local Ielts center five duplicates upon your request. So pls go to your local Ielts center-where you took your exam- ASAP and ask them for additional copies for which you have to pay a fee of course.(It would have been free if you had requested when applying for IELTS). There are a number of universities and organizations or institutions to which your Ielts center is allowed to send the duplicates sent by British Council. If you could arrange with any of these institutions/universities and give their address to your local Ielts center as the recipient, your Ielts TRF duplicate will be delivered to them and then they could hand it over to you. Moreover, I believe in most countries Ielts centers have some arrangements with couriers like DHL to pick up your whole package to CIO including an Ielts TRF duplicate which is only given to you in their office in order to be submitted to the courier. I believe this is the service they have provided for Canadian immigration applicants in order to keep the original TRF to themselves and send out the duplicate to CIO in the same package they are sending the whole application. Actually I was advised about this method by Ielts people when it was too late to be advised. They told me it was very unwise that I had sent the only original TRF which I was meant to keep to my own when I could have used this service instead.

Anyway,as it will take some time for British Council to send the duplicates to your local Ielts Center please be quick to go to them and make a request for the duplicates.

Best of Luck with your resubmission.

ADVICE ON PROOF OF FUNDS

Dear fellow post-June-26 thread members,

I have just received a personal message (I won't name the sender) who borrowed money from friends for proof of funds and is nervous because CIC might ask for bank statements, and is asking my advice on what to do next to further help conceal this from CIC.

Let me please make my own position on this VERY CLEAR when people ask me advice about this kind of thing.

Borrowing money for proof of funds and pretending those funds are yours, when they are not, is illegal.
- You will be defrauding the Canadian government
- You will be cheating the system which is unfair on other honest applicants
- It is also unfair on the Canadian welfare system when you arrive in Canada with borrowed money which is not yours
- It is unfair on yourselves to put further strain on what will already be a difficult financial struggle
Wayne.

Dear All;
I  am badly needing some expert advise this critical time.I have asked many questions in this trade but I hope this will be my last.
I tried to add a Baby born after my application arrived in cic,Canada to the same office by sending many inquiries but did not find a reply. Finally after my documents arrived in VO they told me to update any change to the VO.I have also sent more than 20 Case specific inquiries to VO but didn't  receive any instruction how to do that.CIC also replayed to my second inquiry  to retain my documents with me before contacting VO.
Now.I have received a MR+RPRF+PPR and the document which I receive with medicals  still advises me to update any change immediately.
Finally I decided to send my Baby documents to VO together with my Medicals but still the baby medical is left and so worried what will happen after.
My friend who lives in Canada advised me to do this way and i just want someone to share me  similar experiences and advises please.
thank you for your time.

Have you lost it??? Where is this coming from?? Seems you haven't got over it yet.

First, if you decide to hit back (especially using the same weapon), the top most item on your checklist should be to see if it's not out of context.

Don't get carried away by emotions and urgency to hit back. Have patience and you'll get your chance  Wink

 @   JasonBourne
just to remind you of what you said yesterday. with little modification i am posting it here
Have some patience.......It's not that ND VO won't process your application further unless and until the spreadsheet is updated or new sheet is added.....So chill !!! Grin  Grin

Dear String11,  Smiley

Hi. I'm so happy you are going ahead with a re-submission. Hopefully it will reach CIO well in time and you will get your PER before the new regulations are in place on 1st July.

Don't worry about the copy. It is not like an ordinary copy we can all make. You will see the difference upon receiving. The paper is the same as your original TRF,specifically provided by British Council. Still just to be on the safe side,do mention in a cover letter to CIO that you had already submitted your own original TRF to them in your first package and now you are sending an "Original Duplicate" (as put by Ielts people themselves) provided to you by the British Council. Afterall,CIO is among the recognizing bodies which are authorized to verify the authenticity of IELTS TRF through their web site. So there's practically no cause for concern with regard to this matter.

Just Keep focused on making all the other documents and application forms totally flawless, double check and triple check everything and send the package with all positivity ahead of and behind that, and hopefully you will soon receive your loooong-awaited positive result.

Best of Luck with that!
