My RPRF en-cashed on May, 7th as per bank. I have also received RPRF receipt dated May, 4th from the Visa office.

And to add to the woes, no reply to our query as well and address not updated as yet. Below are the ND applicants who sent their PP and RPRF is enacashed (as per ND VO tracklist)
Nearly 2 months elapsed for them but didn't heard anything from VO. What is happening GOD know

First visa issued on 13-Jun but mail returned because of changed in mailing address.
After updating new mailing address visa reissued on 17-Aug and received on 23-Aug

I have got email from CIC with UCI number just few minutes age.I am so happy about it. yipppppeeeeeeeeeeeee..

Oh God, Now your bfd will be pushed by 60 days... You think your pp was partially damaged when you submitted and it got worsened or it is mishandling of our important documents. It is really irresponsible of them if it is the latter which is true. Hi Barkat,

Barkat, I had asked Qorax a similar question when my RPRF was encashed and had not received my passports back. He was of the opinion that encashing of RPRF fees, while may be good in terms of acknowledging movement at the CHC / VO, it was by no means a guarantee that the visa is to be issued or that all checks are complete. I cannot, for the life of me fathom, why they would encash the monies when thy're not sure of offering the visa but just stating what I was given to believe.
