Guys, we have had this discussion a while back in the thread. No, these factors are not at all important and do not affect the processing. Proof is me.
I am married and we have 1 child,
total employers -12 so far,
countries lived in 3 ( i am and Indian but also a Singpaore PR and currently living in Ireland),
i have extensive travel all over the world.

My timelines are on the left and on the spreadsheet but in short - I had applied in September 2010, got a PER in Jan 2011 and got a MED request from London on 18th April. I am very well aware that several London guys who applied before me and after me are still waititng for the MR.

Yes, these issues have already been discussed many times but we have never ever compared the details from the applicants who have already received visa & RPRF encashments simply because we never had the details. The only thing which has happend is to compare the info from the spreadsheet with our own details. We may be missing something and until we compare the details no real conclusion can be made. Until now we have 30 forum members with visas, RPRF encashments or PPR after MR

forum members with all expert views,
After Receiving NER, sent fax and called the call center but the person i talked denied to reopen my case saying can't do anything besides suggested to reapply, so preparing to reapply soon after i get my new experience letter with details mentioned. But stuck without the original IELTS document i have already submitted to CIO before. I am so sad that only coz of not mentioning duties responsibilities as NOC Shocked lacked 2 points for which i have to suffer all this awaiting period and hard work of reapplying again.. Sad Sad.
Is there any way i can get second original copy of my previous IELTS? Please those who reapplied share ur views..

Hi string  Smiley

From my own experience; British Council sends your local Ielts center five duplicates upon your request. So pls go to your local Ielts center-where you took your exam- ASAP and ask them for additional copies for which you have to pay a fee of course.(It would have been free if you had requested when applying for IELTS). There are a number of universities and organizations or institutions to which your Ielts center is allowed to send the duplicates sent by British Council. If you could arrange with any of these institutions/universities and give their address to your local Ielts center as the recipient, your Ielts TRF duplicate will be delivered to them and then they could hand it over to you. Moreover, I believe in most countries Ielts centers have some arrangements with couriers like DHL to pick up your whole package to CIO including an Ielts TRF duplicate which is only given to you in their office in order to be submitted to the courier. I believe this is the service they have provided for Canadian immigration applicants in order to keep the original TRF to themselves and send out the duplicate to CIO in the same package they are sending the whole application. Actually I was advised about this method by Ielts people when it was too late to be advised. They told me it was very unwise that I had sent the only original TRF which I was meant to keep to my own when I could have used this service instead.

Anyway,as it will take some time for British Council to send the duplicates to your local Ielts Center please be quick to go to them and make a request for the duplicates.

Best of Luck with your resubmission.
