Hello to all my dear friends on the forum!

On this occasion I would especially like to thank Wayne for his blog and  CanadaJimmy for his experience.Тhey helped me to  respond quickly.

After a reaction from me and my relatives from Canada, only one working day (yesterday was a holiday in Canada) today I got email from the CIO. Here:

Based on a further review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on June 26, 2010.

Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing.

So finally the error is corrected and the May 24 I got PER.

Here are my data tracker:

Application received by CIO: 5 November 2010
PER issued: 24 May 2011
Country of origin: Macedonia
Country of residence: Macedonia
File num: E00
Old file number was: B05
E-Cas: decision made (from May 23, hopefully after today I got the PER will be changed)

I would like to add for all my friends who have long waited for an answer, do not lose hope, be patient and wait, if you think you've got an unfair response to react immediately.

I'm glad that at this stage for me, things have ended well, but not everything is finished, there's still a long way to visa.....

PS: As already advised, I think you should try and resit the IELTS asap and hopefully get a higher score. This should put your mind at reast should your VO decides to re-evaluate your points.

Ok dude I will put my thoughts on this as requested

Firstly a few things which I understand
1) If you have a consultant, their address rather than yours will show on ECAS
2) If you have several applications under process, they should all appear on the same ECAS account

I assume on your new application you have not elected to have a representative? ECAS may struggle to know the difference because of several applications under one account, which may be why your ex representatives address is showing.

Best solution would be to cancel the representative on your backlog application, so then your address should definitely show.

Yes. You must notify CIC immediately if you change your consultant. To notify CIC, complete a new Use of a Representative (IMM 5476) form and send it to the office processing your file. You can change your consultant at any time. You may also decide to deal directly with the visa office or the in-Canada immigration office yourself
