First visa issued on 13-Jun but mail returned because of changed in mailing address.
After updating new mailing address visa reissued on 17-Aug and received on 23-Aug

Thanks Kathy, I have not send them copies, I send them original international birth certificates for my husband and his sister in which the names of the mother and father, who normally are the same. Already been sent faxes, email and letters by courier. Our relatives are our representatives of the case and has 8 years living in Kanada.Ne give up so easily.

did u ask ur relative when they went to Canada they must use form where they wrote their parents name what was their parents name spelling,spelling of parents name might differ or different which was in their form, which made them suspicious,its only one view of mine actually I also proved my aunt as my relative for that I used my mom birth certificate,my aunts birth certificate,my aunts pr card,my aunts record of landing,her bank statement,employment revenue,apartment leasing contract.and they awarded 5 points for that. by the way as ur relative is in canada how u submitted original birth certificate of her |

Friends 5 min back i received complete packet from ndvo.
1. passports stamped with visa(dated- 17/may/2011.)
2. copr documents for all family members.
3. my original ielts score card.
4. general instruction (some pages with lots of info.)
once again thank you all----malik.
p.s.--- my copr is little torn should i report it to ndvo or it will workout fine.(the major part is intact but on one corner its coming out.) Any suggestion.----malik

If a boy and girl have the same mother and father in the world are called brother and sister. But CIO officer said he was not convinced that my husband and his sister are brother and sister, despite the same parents, and gave me NER, due to lack points.
As evidence of the relation attach international birth certificate of my husband and his sister, her citizenship Card and a copy of Canadian passport as proof that a Canadian citizen. They were required evidence to prove the relation with Canadian citizen.
My relatives called CIO and complained of this decision, but without success. Send them email, fax and letters in seeking to once again review the evidence they submitted in accordance with Canadian laws.
Does anyone have another idea that would help me?

So sad to hear this.. I don't understand what document are they expecting to prove the family relation.  For your case, are they expecting DNA test to be done... Guys, just to share with you: We have just had our first baby girl  I will be rushing to obtain birth certiciate, passport and send them to Cairo VO ... Any news Cairo ? sorry for not being in contact but I was preparing for my baby Magdy dear magdy i just see this old post i want tell congratulation for ur new baby(althoug it is old) but i need ur help as my case same as yours my wife who is the main applicant is pregnant i got my per in 21 april 2011 and the case changed to recived by visa office which is cairo in 19 may 2011 so i think they will send medical to me soon (inshallah)may be after one month according to other people at that time my wife near to deliver a baby coz now is 8th of pregnancy i noticed from follow ur posts that u have same condition as me tell me (if u not object) in details what u do when u receive the medical and ur wife is still pregnant what u told the visa office and what u behave towards the medical and what u do when ur wife deliver the baby and what is ur advice for me i hope i can get answer from u soon thanks in advance |
