I was thinking about doing the same thing!
But hey, don't need to send the minister another angry FSW2 mail...
But maybe we all should? Wink
I wonder what kind of "answer" you will get this time!

Kind regards,
Louise!
It's OK, it wasn't angry at all Lips sealed - just factual and asking them to respond to the points made (unlike their last response, which didn't!)
I hope that this time they actually look at the London VO link and see that it is misleading, that they look at the tracker and see that "procedural fairness" as they call it is not actually being followed and then get some idea of what is really going on rather than what they think is going on.
For us personally I cannot see that it will bring any relief, but I am determined that they should at least update the London VO site with some information that would help other people to avoid the miserable wait we have had.
I already encourage everyone who has a job in Canada to apply through the PNP route and not touch FSW Cat 2 with a barge pole! I wish someone had advised us to do that.
Knowledge is power and if someone else makes a better decision because of these efforts then that will be a good thing Smiley

Hai
Today i saw the application processing time changed to 19 months in buffalo.............it is getting longer

But those processing times are from 2008 to June 2010. We all agree that Buffalo is the slowest VO but they can't be 1 year behind other VO in processing post june applications.............they have bosses too..........

Their processing is indeed random, not in the order of application received.

Goodluck everyone.

Does anyone know if the FBI certificate is dated the day the run the backgound check? Or is it dated the date you took the finger prints? I took the prints today and I am wondering when to send them....

Thanks,

You are a very recent applicant Vinod, so it could be a while yet before everything gets finalized. We still have applicants from July/Aug/ Sept waiting to hear from London. I would suggest you wait; changing VOs is not easy and you have to have a very good reason for wanting to do so. As other members have stated before, you can not change your VO simply because it is slower than the others.
All the best and please let us know when you hear some good news.

Thanks Cam! you've been a great help.but I just want to ask,how come you have to apply FBI clearance 3 times.how long is the validity of the clearance once issued? Have a nice day!!

I think the validity is for three months, so I have been applying every 3 months  Tongue
Good luck,
