Just got back after a 3+ week vacation, my ECAS has change in the last week to In process

Just got back after a 3+ week vacation, my ECAS has change in the last week to In process
We received your application for permanent residence on November 3, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 21, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 11, 2011
I just complete my medical on 17th May, what a laugh, I brought everything with me, report/results etc and got asked for non of them, please update spread sheet Medical should reach Paris VO on 24 May. PRPF sent 29 April Bank draft.
If the letter I got with the medical request is correct I should know their decision around 24 June, they will send it to my consultant , so I should know around 1 July 2011

From our spreadsheet, our visa office have only 39 files and lets add 20 and it will be around 60 files for post June 26 applications. I would imagine if they take 2 hours to a file they can get it all done by 120 hours.( 120/ 8 hours a day will take only 15 days to complete the review of these received by visa office applications)...
