As now we have to send all the documents to CIO. It will be a huge package. I dont think it will be adjusted in a 9 by 12 envelope?Huh?!!!!!!

Yeap.  I had to use a slightly bigger envelope too.

Indira Prabhakaran : 2151 - Architects - planning to send by September third week 2010, Visa Office New Delhi.

It's a great idea to keep track on what's going on Smiley. Aren't there any architects 2151, applying at all? I thought there would be too many and it will be the first NOC to meet the 1000 limit Sad..

We need some more time to get all the paper work done, Prab has his IELTS test on 21st August and hopefully he will clear it with good band result Smiley. Any idea what's the minimum required?

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Dear, all
I have a improtant question about my supporting documents. According  CIC webpage, police clearance needs to attach with application form but they do not mention about original or copy document.
Is it OK if i have sent them a copy with notarial attroney certification.
Thanks in advance.

I read that according to new instructions and OP6, police certificate IS NOT required to be sent to CIO.  it is sent to VO if and when required.  please follow threads on this, this saves time to applicants

What is problem in getting 3 to 6 months bank statement, statement will show the flow of ur account and it will be easy for VO to analyse. go for statement not for just cetificate.

What kind of capacity are you guys talking about? Does this capacity apply for software engineers? Does this mean that, first come first served might be applied here?

Dear LOGICSOFTS,

Bank a/c statements for 6 months.
Certificates are not reliable. Your consultant is not right in his advice.

Hi Canada121,

Just to confirm, we are planning to send in our complete application package by 2nd or 3rd week of September 2010 under NOC 2151, as soon as we get the IELTS results. We should hopefully have our PCCs from UK by then. We don't have the liquid funds required as of now and we are confident of arranging the same before end of August or at least before we send the application, we will get a current bank balance for 17000 CAD required by the CIC positively.

We cant show the bank balance as of now for past 6 months. But we can maintain it in future until we get our application approved.

Is it OK to just show the current balance as of now and show a consolidated 6 months statement during our final stages of processing with VO in New Delhi? Or would you suggest us waiting for another 6 months and then take the bank statement and send the application? I'm sure we wouldn't want the latter as the 1000 cap will have definitely reached by then and our application will be of no use Sad.

Please Suggest.

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Hi Indira-prab.  I agree withthe 1000 CAP it would be impossible to hold onto a completed application just waiting for your bank account to ripen!  Once you have the funds, show the proof and send the package.  Without having a series of bank statements to include, be prepared that you may be asked to show CIO or VO proof that it was your money and not borrowed.
